I was a few weeks into the pledging process for new members of the fraternity Alpha Kappa Omega, and we had just returned from the organizations yearly camping trip – N.U.T.S. as it was known around the campus, standing for Night Under The Stars. Although I knew when I started the pledging process for the most exclusive fraternity on campus that it would be an arduous process, what I had expected - forced drinking, sleep deprivation, lots of exercise -wasn’t the most difficult part.
