Introduction: What this book is not.

This is not a self-help book. This is not a Philosophy book. I am not even sure if this is even a book at all. These are just my thoughts. This is what I think about when I’m in the shower, or when I’m working out at the gym, or when I’m driving. Imagine if I hire a ghost to write down all my thoughts on a piece of paper while I’m just doing mundane stuff. Well, this is exactly what this book is. Just think of it like that.

I am not a philosopher, or a psychologist or any expert by any means. I still don’t have any degree of any sort. I don’t really know anything about anything. I am just a regular guy, not even quarter of a century old. I just like to read and write from time to time. These are just some of my writings.

I read in countless self-help books and blog posts about the benefits of journaling and writing down my thoughts and ideas. So, I gave it a go. Here it is. Not all of it though. I will not share everything that I write. For the most part, journaling is fun, and you should give it a try. You won’t end up being a very well-known and respected philosopher like I am but it’s worth a try.

Don’t take anything in this book seriously, or maybe do take some of it seriously. Just read it for fun. Feel free to agree or disagree. Tell me what you like or dislike about it. I’m all years.
