Chapter One
Springtime is for Lovers
We pick up this story from the sky. The sky is where the seasons loom. The winter is monitored by Jackson Kirsi (Jack for short), spring by Elliot Bloom, summer by Summer Aiden, and fall by Otto Octavius. Their primary responsibility was to make sure the seasons come; make sure they change, and never to get mixed up in the lives of humans. This poses a problem for some seasons. Ha ha ha. Some just can’t leave well enough alone.
Ahh….
Smell that fresh air;
Feel that cool breeze.
Yep, it’s that time of the year again;
The time where birds find their nests;
The time where mammals come out of their rest;
It’s springtime again.
Dandelions blowing in the wind;
Flowers in full bloom.
The sun shining bright & early in the morning;
Shining through your window pane;
Filling the whole room.
The night time is open to a big bright moon;
Shining through the darkness.
Yes, it’s springtime again.
The part that warms my heart;
Is to see the lovers walking in the park.
Holding hands and holding conversation;
I love to see love in action!
Sitting on the park bench gazing in each other’s eyes;
Yes, it’s springtime again.
I know that love is not my concern;
Nor should I even care.
I am supposed to make sure I mind the things of my season;
I should not touch love…if I dare.
But seeing love touches me;
Down to the core
