    Sam was fed up. It was pissing down with rain. It had been pouring in buckets since he got up this morning and now he was on his last delivery. He had spent nearly eight hours non-stop, competing with the stinking city traffic, the rain pouring onto him and muck covering him from head to toe, thrown up at him by the cars and lorries he shared the road with. It was at times like this that he couldn’t really understand why he actually chose to do this job, but at other times, he knew that riding his bike around town all day, proud and confident, dressed in full leather, was what life was all about.
