    DEDICATION

This book is dedicated to a generation of people who seemingly have lost hope in God. My heart goes out to you and many others who have encountered bad church experiences. Because of this negativity, you have walked away or decided not to come close to the church at all.

The struggle to develop a real relationship with God is a daunting task. Hence, my work has been dedicated to you and to those who refuse to live life without experiencing an organic relationship with God.

This book is also dedicated to genuine spiritual leaders who sincerely love God and His people. I commend your commitment to helping the lives of others become better.

Thank God for devoted leaders that won’t behave in such a way to spoil the flock.

When this happens, you are likely optimistic and hopeful that everyone will exercise excellent work ethics. You are certain that the task can be easily accomplished if everyone carries out their assigned roles. This optimism is quickly deflated once you realize that the team members don’t work well together and most have a myopic approach to how the assignments should be carried out.

Now consider when you were placed in a situation that afforded you the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals who were flexible in their approach to complete the job. Whether you knew them prior to working together or not, it was easier to develop an organic working relationship. Why? Because everyone was interested in growth and positive outcomes.

To imply that something is developed organically is to communicate that something flourishes from natural evolution. While there may be some opposition against the growth, conflict doesn’t have the strength to reject the natural process that’s destined to happen. An organic process is pure regardless of negative penetration from outside people or sources.

People likely choose organic products because they are more confident in the process of growth. Choosing organic fruit rather than regular commercialized fruit implies that the consumer is willing to invest more in the organic product because of the expected benefit to their anatomy. It is assumed that organic foods will have a healthier impact on the growth and development of the human body.

Doctors and dieticians are known for issuing strict rules when a person is attempting to regulate or monitor health issues. It is strongly recommended that the person doesn’t eat anything that would
