•“DockMaster”, is a flash fiction story about a young boy playing in the Spackdock district in the futuristic, cyberpunk city of New Valhalla. He soon finds himself in a dangerous situation, but cannot get away from the Man-Beast, Warg without help from the Dockmaster.

•“Choices”, is a fantasy flash fiction story; about a set of prisoners whose only chance of escape lies in the magical pages of the very book that has been used to siphon their magical essence from them. This is a book you should not judge by its cover.

•“Ted, Hero of Azaroth”, is a modern story about a burnout, 20 something who, after he finds out his World of Warcraft guild is looking for a new raid member, wants to become the next hotshot in the guild, but when he passes out do to over gaming, he makes a last-minute attempt to win over his friends which seems impossible because Hueheffer, the Guild Master is standing in his way.

•“The Wizard and the Eye”, is a fantasy flash fiction story about a Wizard who is driven to the brink of madness by an ever-present magical Eye watching him. He tears through the Wizards college seeking those who want to steal his spell research. The Wizard is determined to find the source of the magical invader, but the beholder of this Eye is far different than he ever expected.

    Thrust! Parry! Fireball! Die dragon! A young boy says as he swings a piece of metal through the air like a knight of old. Man! this is a great story! the boy tells himself after throwing the rod to the ground and entering his secret layer under the storage containers of the New Valhalla Space Docks.

    The boy sits down in his favorite comfortable spot, a chair made of old wood and space packing material where he loves to read his stories. The boy pulls an old, overly used book out of his coat pocket.

    He smells the book and tells himself, Holding it in my hand is so much better than the HoloLit version.

    The boy cracks the book open and begins reading. The reflection of the moon, off the water, shines all through the boy’s layer, giving it the perfect reading light. He occasionally stops and looks at the sky, or throws a rock into the ocean. As he returns to his book, he
