There is no better way for your money to work for you than investing it. One of the best ways of investing and creating wealth is to create your own business. Though being your “own boss” doesn’t guarantee your financial success, if it does many business owners would have been successful and wealthy. Having your own business is just a starting point of creating wealth. But managing it successfully is what leads to financial success.

The reason I wrote this book is to help creating business with small capital and turn it to money making machine.
I know that there are many frustrated and unhappy employees that are tired of their present job and want to start their own business but they are afraid to start because of lack of capital. They think that they need big capital before starting. That is an illusion. Added to that, they don’t know where to start from. Let me tell you right away: You have better chance to grow your business when you start it small if you invest in a business that is right for you. So on chapter II of this book, you will learn how to identify the right business that will give you more success in life.

There are also many salary earners that want to start their own business but they are afraid of failing. They don’t know what the future holds and live in the incertitude. That mental monster is what keeps many hostages as salary earners. I believe in you as I also know that you have the potentials to succeed as business person if that’s your heart desire. In chapter V of the book, you will learn how to get rid of that mental monster to achieve your dreams.

As a first-time business owner. You will need to compete with millions others to be able to stand out and survive. How to make your products or services different from others in the way to satisfy and penetrate your target market is revealed in chapter VII of this book.

No matter how good or unique your products or services could be, your business can’t grow if you don’t sell on daily basis. But you can’t sell considerably if you are not known. How to attract customers and generate constant income is one of the hardest tasks in managing a business. This is discussed in chapter VIII of this book.

There are much more to learn from this book. The reason I wrote this book is to make the transition easy for any salary earner that aspires to become a business builder. All you need to know to achieve financial success while starting a business with a little capital is described in this book. That success won’t come overnight. Instead, it will come in small increments over time as you learn to adopt, implement and refine the recommendations I share in this book.
If you are already in business for yourself, but things are not going as well as you had hoped for and need some assistance to take your business to higher level, then this book is also for you. BELOW IS MY LIFE STORYTwo (02) years after been graduated with master in accounting, I was so fortunate to get a job in a bank. After getting the job, I thought that everything would be rosy and that all my dreams would be fulfilled. At a point, I said to myself that “money would never be my problem again”. That was my first step into the world of business.After 04 years of operation, my company crashed. After that I learned one of the biggest lessons in business world: “Starting a business with a big capital doesn’t guarantee its success”. In fact, I started the company with a capital up to $40,000. But I terribly failed despite all my experience in the banking system.After that failure I started exploring ways to figure out what went wrong. I knew that lack of money was not really the cause. To get answers to my questions, I started studying some esoteric sciences like numerology and astrology.While I was studying those esoteric sciences and fighting to get myself back from that failure, surprisingly, I got a new job as Personal Assistant to the First Lady of my country 3 years after my first business collapsed.In that job also, money was not really my problem but I wasn’t happy enjoying my work. The job was not giving me joy. I felt that the job wasn’t right for me. I felt that it was not the place I should real be.     INTRODUCTION

    If you want to create wealth and have financial freedom, you should think of creating your own business. No one creates wealth by remaining employee. This means that if you really want to create wealth you have to be your "own boss". Look at all the successful and rich people around you. They are all businessmen. None of them is an employee. They don’t work to earn salary. Instead they all have their own businesses. There are all business builders. None of them is salaried. So, no matter how much you earn as salary, do never rely on that if you want to create wealth. Earning an important salary doesn’t guarantee financial security in the future.

    The good thing of being entrepreneur is that there is no limit to how much you can make daily, weekly, monthly. Your income in fact becomes "unlimited" if you manage your business properly. Meanwhile you have "limited income" if you are a salaried. Even though you earn more than a million monthly (incentive, allowance included), you wouldn’t be able to create wealth if you don’t create your own business or if you don’t invest a part of that salary to generate more income.

    Think of those who earned considerable salary in the past but who are struggling financially today. I have a friend in such situation. At the time he lost his job, he didn’t invest in a business that would have being generating more income for him.

    Don’t misunderstand me. I’m not saying that being salaried is bad. At least, it helps cover some needs and take care of your love ones. But if you dream of creating wealth, you should think of creating your own business.

    Now here is the question most first-timers entrepreneurs ask. What type of business is profitable for me to start with when I have a LIMITED CAPITAL?

    Let’s me tell you right away. Every business is profitable but not all will make you successful or rich. In every business there are those that succeed perfectly well while there are those that struggle a lot. You will know why as well as the type of businesses in which you will perfectly succeed even though you have a very little capital to start with. But first let me tell you that you have two options to choose from:

    If you passionately love your present job (whether you are entrepreneur or salaried), your best option is to create a business that will generate passive income; a business that won’t need your daily attention (a business in which you won’t be in day-to-day activities).

    The second option is a case whereby you are not happy in your profession; a case whereby you are always frustrated, stressed and even afraid to go to your occupation. If that’s your case I advise you to sincerely start thinking about your reconversion by creation a business in which you can be happy and have financial freedom as well. Even though you have a very little capital, there are businesses that you can create and succeed perfectly well.

    In fact the book is for those that belong to the 2nd category. I mean it’s for those that aspire creating their own business with a LITTLE CAPITAL.

    CHAPTER I: DO NOT BE AFRAID

    I-DON’T BE AFRAID OF STARTING

    The major reason many people like to remain salaried or an employee for life is because of the FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN and FEAR OF FAILURES. Those two feelings are the greatest enemies of those living in poverty. Without conquering those fears, it’s practically impossible to take the bold steps that will lead you to where you want to be in your life. What crosses their mind most times are the below questions they constantly ask themselves.

    Will I really succeed if I start my own business

    What will happen if I don’t succeed?

    Wouldn’t people laugh at me if I fail?

    Etc.…..

    Let’s me tell you the truth. Everybody including the richest people of this world was once in your shoes. We all had the same feelings and asked the same questions from the very first time we decided to embark on the entrepreneurship’s journey.

    But the difference is that those who create and succeed in their businesses do not allow their fear of failures conquer them. Get this in mind: "WHAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE IN THIS LIFE ARE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF FEAR". Let’s me explain this quote through the book written by Spencer Johnson titled "WHO REMOVED MY CHEESE ". It's a book I strongly recommend because it pictures how fear of unknown and fear of failures keeps people in poverty and suffering as well as how to get rid of it. The book is about four amusing characters divided into two categories of people.

    The first category is named the Mice formed by sniff and scurry. The name of the second is little people formed by Hem & Haw. Every day the two set of people went inside maze where there were many rooms, corridors, darkness, etc..... to find cheese. The maze in the story represents where they went to get their daily bread.

    Every day they all wore their shoes, cloths, entered the maze to look for cheese. Sometimes, they got a little. Other times, they didn't get any and returned back home frustrated, unhappy and hungry. This had been going on till they found a room named station C, filled up with cheese that could sustain them for years to come. They were very happy to find what they had being looking for. So every day, they went there, enjoyed their cheese and returned back home with joy and happiness. One day they went there and surprisingly, there wasn't cheese anymore.

    The Mice were not too surprised because they were sensing the change and noticed that the cheese had drastically reduced. So instead of starting arguing over the sudden disappearance of the cheese they moved on looking for new cheese. Meanwhile the little people stood in the station C frustrated, unhappy and angry blaming each other of the situation without knowing what else to do. In the midst of their confusion, Haw started seeing himself finding and enjoying new cheese. The more he saw himself leaving the station C, The more excited he was.

    Let's go! He exclaimed, all of sudden.

    No Hem quickly responded. I like it here. It's comfortable here. It's what I know. Besides it's dangerous out there.

    No it isn't, Haw argued. We've run through many parts of the maze before, and we can do it again.

    I'm getting too old for that, Hem said. And I'm afraid; I'm not interested in getting lost and making fool of myself. Are you?

    After that conversation, Haw's fear of failing returned and his hope of finding new cheese faded. So, every day,
