The races before this one made me feel nervous, but this was a new level of anxiety. I walked out onto the track with my three teammates in tow. Bubba was our second fastest runner; he would start off the race. Harris was out second slowest runner; he would be next. Joey was our slowest runner and our newest member; he would pass the baton off to me, Arnold, the anchor.

We trained together for quite some time, but this was the first time
