    Abraham – Good evening boys and girls. We are gathered here at the New Year eve to welcome our new batch of four students that have successfully cleared the exams. So here they come  —————

    Whilhel- As all of them are here so let’s start by dividing them into the four houses with the help of the lucky coins.

    Marium Bodewig – Hufflepuff

    Mastra Strange – Slytherin

    David Alex – Ravenclaw

    Mark Vendor – Grifindor

    So, the four houses are divided. All of you are likely to enjoy your dinner in house common halls.

    SCENE-2

    COMMON ROOM

    Diggory- So, guys lets welcome our new mate in the Grifindor common room.

    Mark- Nice to meet you all guys.

    Diggory- so guys lets have some games with Mr. Mark Vendor.

    Mark- Ah.. really sorry guys , if you don’t mind can we have this all tomorrow.

    Diggory- OK then, all of you have your dinner and back to the rooms.

    (At 11pm in mark’s room. he is unable to sleep)

    Knock-knock

    Voice- Yes

    Mark- I wanted something.

    Voice- Wait I’m changing.

    Mark- Oh, sorry it’s all right I will come later.

    (The door opens)

    Selet-Mark, oh it’s you. (In a sad and depressed expression and voice)

    Mark- Ah, I was unable to sleep, so I thought if you had a book to read.

    Selet- Ya, sure but what type of book you need.

    Mark- Any interesting one will work. 

    Selet- Sure.

    (Mark takes the book and is leaving)

    Selet- Well, I should have asked you to come in but I’m feeling a bit drowsy.

    Mark- Ah, it’s all right, well thanks for the book.

    Selet- By the way that’s a boring one.

    (Mark gives a midshock reaction)

    Selet- I thought that will make you sleep.

    Mark- Have you tried it ?

    Selet- Not at all, it’s really boring.

    Mark- Bye, good night.

    (Mark reads the title of the book- ‘The seven evenings’ by William Heather)

    Mark- Well, it really seems to be boring.)

    Scene-3

    (IN THE BIO CLASS)

    P.Knight- Good Morning class.

    Students- Good Morning Sir.

    P.Knight- Well, lets start with a introduction to the new students.

    ......  your name boy?

    Mark- Mark Vendor, Sir.

    P.Knight- Well looks a energetic personality. Any interest in biology, Mr. Mark?

    Mark- Sure sir, especially botany.

    P.Knight- So, answer my question, if you can.

    Mark- Sure sir, botany comes from the Ancient word Botanic which means pasture.

    P.Knight- Excellent, my boy. Well all could have answered this if they had the time to read the intro of the book. Isn’t it Mr. Vendor?

    Mark- Well, sir
