Neil and Jamie Lash are the congregational leaders of Temple Aron HaKodesh in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Both teachers by profession, Neil has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a Ph.D. in education, and Jamie has a bachelor's degree in Spanish and an M.A. degree in early childhood education.

INTRODUCTION
