- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A helpful guide to building a productive team at work. Frezell provides good, actionable ideas that are really rather simple. He provides the model of a four point compass and leads you through each point of the compass to help you develop a team that is committed to success and motivated to do great work. He provides specific tools and examples for each step, making it easy to put something that can be abstract and scary into action. This is a really useful tool for leaders who are trying to up the performance of teams and help all their team members feel like they're making an important contribution.
