Igor Eeckhaut grew up in the Dutch-speaking region of Flanders but now lives with his family in the French-speaking part of Belgium. He is situated next to the wonderful Han-caves where he has worked as a tourist guide since 2014. In fact, I have to be thankful for all the beings, plants, animals, rocks, situations and experiences that have ever crossed my Path in this and other lives, for every one of them has played its role in the creation of this book. However, since life starts with your family, I have to give some special attention to my parents who deserve great thanks, for they educated me in an open and protective way so that I was able to ground the information from high above. My sisters helped me a lot in developing my feminine side, which is important to find balance in life. My wife keeps my feet on the ground, feeds me with love and patience and gives me all the freedom that I need to make my dream come true. Although I am not in favour of using the word ‘channelling’ or ‘higher’beings, I must admit that I am in constant and conscious communication with life forms residing in higher frequency realities than ours, but which in the end are no more than the higher aspects of ourselves, organised as collective self-structures or ‘oversouls’ that connect certain groups of living beings in a way we could describe as a ‘spiritual family’.

Not only during lucid dreams, meditations and ecstatic dancing sessions, but also in everyday life, you can perceive the workings of the Higher Consciousness because it is, in some way, always connected with the physical 3D reality and acts through everyday situations and synchronicity. You only have to be aware! No matter what name you wish to give to these higher realms and their life forms, the only thing that matters is that we are a part of it!

Return to the Womb of Resonance

There is a treasure lying under your feet! That treasure is the earth we walk upon. Today, materialism, nationalism and patriotism have replaced the collectively shared love and protectorship of what was once called the Garden of Eden or, more popularly, Atlantis. This Atlantean Garden of Eden was not a geographical place where so-called civilisation began but it was a collective way of living whereby the whole planet was co-cultivated in harmony with the Vibrations of the Cosmos. Everything in the Universe is vibration, and vibration is language, thus our world is made of language. In other words, he who knows the Language of Creation becomes master of reality. He who speaks the Language of Light will be Light.

Speaking five languages myself, I am sometimes frustrated during my work as a tour guide in the Han-Cave in Belgium, when I have to talk in all five languages (English, Dutch, French, Spanish and German) for one group, but that there are still people who don’t understand any of these five world languages. I mean, how is that possible, in a world where global communication is possible in mere seconds? This frustration has led me to ask the question:

What is wrong with our languages that humanity cannot communicate more easily?

Has there been a time in history when humanity spoke one and the same language?

The quest for answers on these questions has led me to the origin of language itself: mathematics and geometry. However, I have also discovered that although their linguistic meaning is completely different, words which are similarly pronounced in different languages have always a deep hidden connection. The sound and/or shape of a word is a frequency, so words which have different meanings in different languages but which sound similarly will always attract the same energies or will have at least a common meaning on a deeper level.

The most relevant example that I use throughout this book is probably the word ‘Ark’. In the Bible, it must be one of the most regularly used words. However, in the Bible, it is used in at least two different meanings: one for the Ark of Noah, another for the Ark of the Covenant. Although the difference between both Arks is clear when we consider only the material level of the stories, the question I ask is if there is a difference between the two when we consider the deeper spiritual level of the Word itself?

These kind of questions make up the direction of inquiry of this book. I am not interested in proving or disproving the historical context of words – thousands of other books have been written about the whereabouts of material ‘Arks’ and other so-called ‘treasures’ – but in the essence (again we see a similarity between the words ‘Essence’ and ‘Essenes’, authors of the Dead Sea scrolls and Keepers of the Spiritual ‘Essence’ of our existence) of the words themselves. It is this Essence of the Word which brings us to the Heart of Creation, it is this Essence which is central in this book and which will (re-)connect us to the resonant Matrix of Creation.

Another example is the word ‘Catalan’. When I was working with Catalan-numbers (number series discovered by the Belgian mathematician Eugène Catalan) to complete and understand Ta-Bee’s Matrix the Catalans (inhabitants of Catalunia) were all over the news in Belgium, especially since their ministers had taken refuge in Belgium. This went so far that, in the middle of my work with the Catalan-numbers, I was asked to do a private tour in the Han-Caves with one of the Catalan ministers. Furthermore I discovered that the Catalan language might be the last remnant of a once sacred language of light called the Langue d’Oc.

It was an unforgettable experience which you can call coincidence, but when these kind of ‘coincidences’ happen all the time, you begin to understand something about the hidden dimensions of Language which govern the puppet-show of material reality around us. I learned that our language and actually the whole material reality is only a blanket of subjective signification that covers a deeper objective truth in which everything is connected through Geometry and Number. There is a whole world beyond material reality which is much more meaningful and which governs the, for us ‘real events’ which we continue to call ‘coincidence’. What we call ‘reality’ is a collective hallucination which we create every second again through language and faith. What typifies the hallucinatory world is the direct influence of our thoughts and emotions on our perceived reality. What typifies our modern human society, on the other hand, is just the ignorance and lack of this power. We have been told that what we perceive in the world around us is completely objective and independent of our thoughts. We have been taught that we cannot alter reality with our thoughts and belief. There’s no such thing as magic!

As it is with all tools which have been originally made to do good, these can be used also in a negative way. So it is with Language and Faith. Babylonian Language Confusion and Religious Dogma are the two major tools to manipulate collective thought. Do I believe in a conspiracy against human freedom by a few individuals? Definitely yes! I became convinced of this after several professional experiences. More than once, I have seen with my own eyes how certain ambitious individuals take the lead and try to wipe out any memory of the (more harmonious) past. I mean, let us be honest here by admitting that the whole of human society is governed by the economic system, money matters over cosmic harmony and planetary health.

This same system needs war, ignorance, politics, disease, fear to sustain itself. A healthy person who is fully awakened is free from mental slavery and does not need an economic system. Such people are, logically from 'their' point of view, seen as a 'danger for human society'. As a result, it is only logical that the ones who want to maintain this system try to rule out all possible memories of a more harmonious past in which there was no need for whatever kind of government. I am sure that this has been going on several times in human history as well. God knows how many civilizations there have been before us, which were more advanced and more in tune with nature than we are today…In other words, I believe that these tools have been misused to lead humanity into a state of ignorance and dependency, only for the sake of a minority who wants to dominate the vast majority of humanity. This brings us to one of the main purposes of this book: revealing our own divinity by demystifying religious symbols and language.

This can only be done by restoring their original mathematical signification since geometry and mathematics form the only objective language with which we can communicate with any advanced life form in the Universe! The understandings described above are the result of some almost unbelievable ‘coincidences’ and experiences which changed my life drastically. These coincidences convinced me that there are invisible forces, higher and lower dimensions, which govern reality and which make certain things happen. These forces are directed by our own subconscious and take-on whatever shape our (sub)conscious is able to grant it, dependent of what archetypes we (and our ancestors) are acquainted with.

Talking about these invisible forces has not been easy in the society in which I grew up. People seem to take for granted the invisible electromagnetic waves of our cell phones with which we communicate with people on the other side of the planet in only a second, but when I say that a thought is a wave that has the same (and far more) properties, they take me for a fool. It is this lack of faith in the power of our thoughts that is the reason why telepathy really doesn’t work. Blind faith in our own creative power is the magic key we have lost.

The first important ‘coincidence’ took place in the south of France in the summer of 2004, when I became initiated into the occult secrets of Tawa and Ogma. Tawa is the Hopi Kachina of the Sun, Ogma is the Celtic God of Language. Since that moment, a specific kind of information, always linked to the Language of the Sun, has been passed on to me. This understanding was profoundly boosted after another life altering experience in Alton Barnes, on the evening of 28 July 2010, when I came to stand in front of three plasma balls which transformed into humanoid beings above East Field.

Since then predictive dreams and visions, and a bizarre obsession for swans have led me on a extraordinary path of initiation. Everywhere I went, swans began to appear. I came to understand that the swan is, in addition to being a beatiful bird, one of the most powerful archetypes of the human collective unconscious. The swan (cygnus in latin) is actually the archetype of ‘Cygni-fication’ itself, thus the Holy Sign or the Halu-Cygn.

This mind blowing experience brought another man on my path, who is one of today’s most important speakers in the world. This man is Andrew Collins, according to whom the Northern Cross or the celestial Swan was central in the first spiritual practices of humanity: shamanism.

Perhaps the most interesting connection between the plasma beings and the swans, which Collins had brought to my attention, is the cygnet-particle, a hydrino-like hyperintelligent gamma particle emanating from Cygnus X-3, itself some kind of hyperintelligent being (a kind of meta-galactic consciousness) that has been bombarding our planet periodically for thousands of years. It is this particle which is central in the psychically retrieved information I have been receiving since that day in 2010 and which is central in the El-Even Matrix of Ta-Bee’s Star.

According to this information, the cygnet particle is the Hallu-Cygn or the ‘El’. The word El is proto-indo-european for ‘life’ or ‘the first’. Later, El became the name for ‘God’ and was used as prefix or suffix in the names of gods and angels, the Elohim, Elen, Elves, Ellefolk,… in the number ‘11’ (El-even) which is also a reference to the sacred Twin Pillars of freemasonry.

The ‘El’ was also the basic measuring unit in megalithic architecture and in the Great Pyramid of Giza, which calibrates the speed of light with the two mathematical constants of the Universe, Pi (л) and Phi (ф), with the conjunction 1 el = π - ф² = π /6 = ф²/5 The Eleven Arc-angels) The reason why the ancients noted this primary unit of light as a vertical line ’I’ (letter ‘L’) was simply because this symbolised the sacred pillar upon which the First Sunrise had taken place. Its opposite, the First Sunset marked the second El. Two of these pillars (masonic Twin Pillars) were then called El-Even and this is the reason why still today we note the number eleven as two vertical lines (11). Both El-pillars marked the ends of a diameter of a sacred circle consisting of two 180° arches. It is this arch which is behind the legend of the Ark of Noah and the Ark of the Covenant, but also behind the plasma-arc. Thus the term ‘L’ or ‘El’ also referred to the primordial el-ement of creation, the Atom (Hydrogen), the element in the Sun (Ra) which creates the solar light through nuclear fusion.

We can’t deny that there is an organising intelligence behind the design and the creation of the living cosmos. This cosmic Intelligence uses primary units (vortices) of signification or ‘el’s’ in order to create the multidimensional and eternally moving Universe. The el’s are the smallest units of multidimensional light-sound in the Universe with which our thoughts and consciousness ‘cygni-phi’ our reality. They are the highest energy gamma particles, tiny fission-fusion generators which create all matter and anti-matter particles in the cosmos. In short, they could be called the god-pixels of living reality.

However, the el’s are free radicals, meaning that when they are single, they are not in equilibrium and this is the cause of what we call egoism and unconsciousness. Therefore, the el’s have only one instruction: Divine Nuclear Arching (DNA), meaning that they are constantly striving to make bonds with other el’s (making ‘el even’) to restore equilibrium between inner and outer life experience. This is the real ‘Arc of the Covenant’, the Holy Grail with which we become Real (Re = Sun/Light, Al = Life, Real also means ‘Royal’). Only by bringing together the polar energies (arching) of nature can there be transmutation to a more harmonious level of existence. Still today, we use the vertical line for indicating identity since ‘I’ means ‘me’. This means that every time we say I (me), we disconnect our inner self from the outer world. The Maya Indians, for example, have no word for ‘I’, instead they say In lake’ch (I am another You). The same happens due to overexposure to artificial light on our planet: this prevents us from paying attention to the sky and to the stars whose movements dictate the natural cycles of time. As a result, our lives are literally focused too much towards earthly matters.

The word ‘cygns’ contains multiple layers of meaning. In the first place, it refers to ‘signs’ with which identity, meaning or signification is transmitted. Our whole world is made of signs and we sign contracts not only on paper in the exterior world, but also in our consciousness each time we agree to believe something. ‘Cygns’ also refer to ‘science’ through its pronunciation, and last but not least, it also refers to the ‘cygnet-particles’ which I believe are responsible for the evolution of consciousness on our planet since probably many millions of years. In other words, Hallu-Cygns is the Science of the Holy Units of Consciousness. Here, science does not mean dissecting Nature as we have been doing for the last thousands of years, but instead observing the purpose of each life form (which is a living complex of hallucygns) and trying to harmonise (hallu/unite) them as much as possible with each other. I believe that this is the meaning of human consciousness.

Permaculture should therefore be the Science of the Future because it aims at balancing and perfecting the planetary ecological system in such a way that our planet becomes a gigantic conscious entity, an organic living internet (Akasha) to which every living being is connected and which is only controlled by Mother Earth itself. Spiritual Science does not reject the power of Faith, but instead of exteriorizing man’s faith for political power, it internalizes faith to restore our own inner divine power in order to create more harmony, only in service to Mother Earth and the Cosmos. Humankind has a leading role on our planet, but this role is one of harmonizing, not of dominating.

In order to reconnect ourselves to nature, we are obliged to look behind to our ancestors (which I call the Arcadians), who lived much more in harmony with nature. In the name ‘Arcadia’, you see the root ‘arc’, which stands for ‘creating light/sound through bridging/ bringing together opposite but complementary energies’, for Divine Nuclear Arching. I will also be using the terms Co-Cultivation or Arc-cultivation as an opposed term to ‘occultation’. The Arcadians realised that reality is a collective hallucination signified by Language and Faith and that all living beings are reflections of the same Oneness.

They realised that, when our thoughts and creations are attuned to the frequencies and geometry of Divine Nuclear Attraction, we resonate in Oneness with all other life forms. This psycho-acoustical womb-like state of resonant Oneness is what our distant ancestors have strived to achieve by tuning and geo-positioning their temples, architecture and language,… to an unbelievably simple numerical (el-even) matrix which synchronizes all aspects of reality, whether it be time, space, matter (chemical elements), temperature and even language. This was the Matrix of the Bee’s or the El-even Matrix .

The bees, as the fertilizers of nature, play a particular role in psychoacoustic science. They produce sounds which, quite literally, open (flower-) portals and which allow one to bee. The Bees, therefore, are the keepers of the Unifying Mother/Matrix Frequencies which enable inter-dimensional travel. They are the Children of Venus, the Great Mother. The Mother, as giver of life, is the keeper of the Portal of Life and Death. As will be proposed in this book, the paleolithic Venus figurines found all over the world might be anthropomorphic representations of the womb-like state of psycho-acoustic resonance. Excitingly, Ta-Bee’s Matrix is now coming back to us through a distant star in the Cygnus- constellation (Tabby’s Star). This reconnection quite literally ‘cygnifies’ the repair of our psycho-acoustical umbilical Chord with the fourth-density El-Even Matrix. This reconnection can be seen as a bridge in time which links our current time with other times in the past and in the future in which the Earth’s axis was not tilted, and connected to Cygnus.

Using Ta-Bee’s Matrix, the Arcadians were able to synaesthetically synchronize their consciousness so that trans-dimensional travelling was possible. Unfortunately, the Earth’s axis has shifted from its alignment with the galactic womb (Cygnus Rift) due to several cataclysmic events. As a result, man has lost its umbilical Chord with its psycho-acoustic Mother Matrix. However, the remnants of this planetary technology are still there, waiting for us to reconnect with our ancestors who transcended our 3D-world and who reside in the fourth-density level.

I am sure that many people out there have had experiences comparable to mine, probably even far beyond the ones you are going to read about. Unfortunately, I learned that too many people don’t take these experiences seriously, probably for the same reason: for fear of being taken for a fool. This is the reason why I have written this book. The first chapters are a literal account of all these strange events and coincidences. What follows is the information and insights that resulted from each experience. Much of this information is about language, physics, astronomy, sacred geometry...and the fourth density plasma realm to which humanity is now reascending. You should know that before 2006, I knew nothing about these sciences. It is only the experiences described in this book which awakened the very ancient memories stored in the collective DNA of humanity.

Chapter One: Arcuarius’ Carnival

Today, we are living in the time of the Apocalypse according to almost all religions. The word apocalypse means ‘revelation’ at the end of a cycle. What is revealed at the end of an era is the cause of our present situation and the choices that we have now in order to determine our future. The Apocalypse brings a reconsideration of the principal questions of existence:

• where do we come from?

• where are we going?

• Is there a meaning of Life?

• what is that meaning?

The end of a cycle implies the beginning of a new cycle. The Maya, as the Time Keepers of our cycle, calculated that this transition happened around the winter solstice of the year 2012. The years around this date determine a window of time in which all dimensions of reality are aligned and in which the seeds for the new era must be sown. It is now, in this meaningful timeframe that Cygnus, the celestial Bird of (Re)Birth is again ‘fertilised’ by Father Sun to birth a new era and to fill its womb again with light instead of with darkness. Cygnus, therefore, is the mother of Arcuarius or Aquarius, the celestial teacher who will influence our evolution during the coming 2000 years and who brings back the Cymatical Cygns of Water!

Aquarius, the Celestial Teacher that will govern our spiritual evolution during the next 2000 years helps us by offering us his favourite activity at the beginning of His age: Carnival. During Carnival (Carne=flesh and Valere=reign), there are no laws and people have the possibility to release their demons. In this respect, we must say that the concept of angels and demons, of good and evil, is invented by dogmatic religion.

For too long, religious dogma has ruined our lives, for too long, concepts like sin, shame, penance,… have divided us in two pieces. Therefore, Carnival is a sacred event in which we have the possibility to get rid of this virus and to face our back side, which makes it possible to understand (and love) ourselves and each other better than before. Isn’t it true that the light shines most powerfully in the darkest darkness?

Although it is said that Carnival has a Catholic origin, it is in fact much older than this. Carneval is actually a remnant of a very (if not the most) ancient and sacred ritual that has been practiced by humans since the dawn of existence. Music and Dance formed the main aspects of the ritual, as this induces the divine state of Ecstasy, the Universal Life Force known as the Kundalini Serpent which rises from the base of the spine through the seven chakras up to the Crown.

One day I understood that this most ancient ritual of man (carnival is celebrated in February) must be based on the oldest ritual of nature itself: the mating dance or mating ritual (which happens most often in February, at the end of winter, the beginning of spring). One day in February I was walking in the forest with my son, when we were both suddenly surprised by a mesmerising bird sound which was immediately answered by a second bird. Both my son and I were awestruck and felt one with the whole forest during the short lapse of time the birds were chanting. When we looked up to the trees, we saw two woodpeckers approaching each other and doing the oldest ritual of existence. Both the feeling of resonance with the whole forest, as if we were everything that surrounded us, and the fertilization ritual of the birds, made me understand that a mating ritual induces a co-resonance with a potential partner which in turn facilitates the fertilization itself. Animals and birds use all kind of different sounds, visual aids, odours, … to hypnotize a potential partner and to bring her in a state of heightened receptivity by synchronizing their heartbeats. The so induced state of resonance (we call ‘Love’) quite literally opens the portal or ‘womb’ and enables procreation, the key of Life itself. I understood that man’s oldest ritual must be inspired by the animals’ mating rituals. When performing a shamanic dance or ritual, we become one with the group and with its ancestors. It is this kind of co-resonance that, for example Freemasons, attempt to induce in their apprentices. This means that resonance is literally the Key which can unlock the interdimensional portals and induce complete atomic transmutation of the body to the higher density levels.

I understood that man’s oldest ritual must be inspired by the animals’ mating rituals. When performing a shamanic dance or ritual, we become one with the group and with its ancestors. It is this kind of co-resonance that, for example Freemasons, attempt to induce in their apprentices. This means that resonance is literally the Key of Life itself. When we are in resonance with nature. We receive information without any spoken words, we can see who we truly are beyond our ego, in ecstasy we can see and travel beyond the physical world, in resonance we become gods, humans as well as extra-terrestrials since in this divine state of consciousness, boundaries in time and space are not existing.

Of course, this same divine state of oneness can also be obtained by pure meditation or by initiations like the dark room. I just love music and with Aquarius as my astrological ascendant, I feel like being a part of Aquarius. As a child of the nineties, I grew up with big music festivals like The Love Parade, Werchter, Pukkelpop, the Glastonbury Festival, and last but not least… the revolutionary and consciousnessblowing Goa/ Psytrance scene.

Still, I remember with joy the long nights of ecstatic dancing together with thousands of other people, under the naked and moonlit sky, bare feet and radiating light… It was in these days that loads of divine information which seemed to come from nowhere found its way to my consciousness. During these moments, I knew that the Power of Ecstasy is able to awaken all the knowledge of the Universe which is stored in the cells of our body, and that this Power must have been used by humans since the beginning of time. What is even more, this way of achieving knowledge without spoken language must have been the foundation of the first human cultures.
