Preface

These unadulterated teachings of all ages are the legacy of the entire human species. The Mysteries of Clear Light are an unprecedented open-ended series of books given or rather returned to us by the Great Beings who have always watched over the development of humankind. Who are these entities? According to their own description they are us at a level of further development, come to help us as they were helped during previous times of transition. If on occasion the language seems unorthodox to you, it is their wording, reproduced as closely as possible in a language not well suited to it. As well, the name Clear Light was chosen by them in lieu of any number of names that carry implications these Teachers wanted to avoid. In these chapters, you will find every possible subject discussed with no holds barred; don’t be surprised by the candor of some of the statements: these are not your habitual mystical pronouncements. Instead, what you will find will remind you of who you are in the greater scheme of things and will give new meaning to your life as no less than active participants in the running of the Universe.

Regarding Contributors and Bibliography

In The Mysteries of Clear Light you will find no list of contributors since the Beings we call the Teachers provide all the information the books contain and do in effect proof read every chapter and correct any misunderstandings that may have occurred. For the same reason there is no bibliography though you will discover, especially in the later volumes, that many detailed descriptions are current with the latest findings in many scientific fields including biology, astronomy and physics. Indeed in some cases there is mention of inventions or suggestions of lines of inquiry that our scientists have not yet considered. Such descriptions are given us in every particular by these advanced Entities and have not required additional research on our part. However, if you find it interesting, it will take little effort on your part to compare some of the more scientific chapters with current news and many of the popular as well as the more specialized scientific magazines. At any rate, since we do not use current literature as background, a bibliography is irrelevant.

Dedication

Due to the unusual nature of the many contributors who have specifically requested that we not identify them by name this list is limited to friends on this plane of existence. However, those we can recognize have been invaluable. We could not have accomplished what we did without their help though some may not even realize that their forbearance and kindness made this work possible. Thespian’s landlords at his shop and home deserve a special thank you for their patience and long suffering. Bill Sager for his help, professionalism and never flagging patience while getting our website on line. The Erroneous Myth

The term New Frontier is generally understood to mean the exploration of uncharted regions of space. Occasionally that description will include previously unknown concepts of time and dimensions. It is not widely recognized that the next step forward, the frontier humanity must conquer before all else, is the understanding of self. These days a change is taking place that is more profound than mere travel into the depths of space; it is a realization that will involve every person on Earth and sweep like a tsunami over your institutions, your beliefs and your individual lives for the next thousand years. The human spirit is awakening and is about to discover its identity and the new frontiers of its consciousness; humanity is on the verge of meeting itself.

Before we examine the phenomenon now in progress, we need to take you back and review some of the material we covered in previous volumes. To the best of your knowledge, humankind is the only Earth species that can look at itself and say: I AM. Who specifically is this I? Is it the infant scarcely born, or the young adult in the pride of years? Are you still I when you are old, sick, bald, disabled; when you receive blood transfusions or a new heart? Do you keep your identity if you loose all your limbs? The answer is of course: Yes . It follows that the part that claims: I AM is not the body, since that body can change radically and still retain its identity. Is I the mind then? Think about it. What is the mind, how big is it, does it extend beyond your cranium and if so, how far? Without writing a philosophical treatise, let us agree that the mind does not fit the bill any better than the body does. That which proclaims: I AM is the self. So far so good, all we need do now is identify what the self is.- Well, you might say, the self is I, it is what I am. And with this we are back at the beginning of our argument!

While it is true that you are the self, we must now clarify what or who the self is! Your self is not limited to the dense material form that inhabits the third planet from your sun. You are instead an unlimited eternal immaterial consciousness whose spatial location is the universe. In order to experience and examine its existence, this vast entity condenses a minute portion of itself into matter and gives it the opportunity to incarnate on Earth. Ideally that portion of the greater self should have remained in constant contact with its entirety and sent back a running report of its adventures, but somehow it forgot. Incidentally, let us make clear that this incredibly vast identity that is you, is but an infinitesimal portion of the next larger identity, and that that one... but you get the picture. So when we speak of the I AM, we mean the ONE, the single all encompassing consciousness, the Origin that is forever beyond our reach since, as we develop, It does so as well. Now that you know who you are, we can at last proceed with this chapter

As we described, you the immaterial all knowing consciousness, are capable of selecting a portion of your nature to materialize a part of yourself which then perceives itself as separate and goes by the name of human being. This process is designed to obtain insight and experience since, as demonstrated in volume one, nothing can observe itself without something else reflecting it and reporting on the surrounding conditions. During the next era of discovery, the part of you that is incarnate will develop an extensive rapport with the portion that is not. This rapport should never have been lost, but it was. At the same time you, in your human body, will regain your awareness of the identity of that formless ageless presence and of its spatial location. From this re-established connection will derive a profound realization of your universal selfhood. It will become obvious that you and all else in existence are closely related and this insight, in turn, will inspire you to explore areas of scientific research previously thought to be beyond man’s capability. In the present socio-economic climate of your world, it may seem unlikely that such a reversal of priorities could take place, but it can and will. Once a few pioneers prove to the rest of humanity that the new beliefs serve you far better than the old ones, the pragmatists will cease blocking the inevitable.

As your understanding increases, the need to incorporate the new paradigms into your currently available data will become obvious. Provided that your progress is not delayed by large numbers of people still stubbornly attached to outdated beliefs, this change will take place naturally on its own. Your newly acquired knowledge will gradually be absorbed into your existing beliefs by a method similar to the manner by which your cells absorb nutrients through the cell walls. Once the knowledge has been incorporated and digested, it will download its data. The new information will automatically transform your existing beliefs until they match the current more dynamic working model of the being you in fact are.

However, before any such changes can occur, it is vital that the latest information be fully assimilated. First the old convictions must be linked to the new data and updated. Only when that is done, can the chemistry of transformation kick in as past and present become a single continuum. Hence, the transformation we describe results from the synthesis of both belief systems as they jointly form a distinct yet complementary awareness. This re-awakened consciousness of self contains all the component seed-thoughts of your past and present persona, but has now acquired its own unique character. Gradually as this increasingly integrated awareness becomes grafted unto your tree of knowledge, it will blossom into exciting new perceptions, behavior patterns and abilities you were not aware of having and which will serve you far better until such time as even newer beliefs supercede them.

As humanity becomes ever more aware of its connection with the nature of pure consciousness, it will experience a commensurate increase in its ability to venture into space, both physically and in its immaterial form. If you are going to live on other worlds, and you will, it is of the utmost importance that you should know yourselves thoroughly. As you become familiar with your inner landscape and begin to view it dispassionately, you will re-examine those things you thought were separate from or external to you, and discover that they are one and the same. You will then become aware that the minute incarnate portion that is you and the vast all-encompassing consciousness is a single being that comprises the substance and fulfillment of everything you will ever need or desire. The love you may have sought somewhere else, was Its love; Its wisdom will guide you in all things. By the power of pure consciousness you will step into the fertile fields of galaxies without end and sow your god-seeds.

The new frontier, which mankind dreams of at this time, is a myth. You will indeed travel into the vastness of space, much further than you now imagine, but the path by which you will attain your dream leads through the self. Your new horizons beckon: the unexpected discovery is that man is a minute part of an immense consciousness to which he is indissolubly connected. Once that awareness has become integral to your lives, you will be capable of accomplishing whatever the Source requires of you. You will know yourselves to be so precious, so irreplaceable that nothing will ever remind you of the fearful spiritual infant you used to be. You will set your sights on the relationship between your embodied self and your eternal self, and travel wherever you will, seeing clearly and knowing all there is to know.

CHAPTER 2

It’s About Time

Throughout history and most likely before, human beings have attempted to organize their existence according to systems of measurement that allowed them to agree when certain events would take place. The most obvious cycle is that of day and night, followed by the waxing and waning of the moon and the changing seasons. Since travel was excruciatingly slow, it is doubtful that, at first, roaming tribes attributed climatic differences to anything other than seasonal variants. Not until they settled in a new location, were they likely to notice small difference in flora and fauna and that the sun remained in the sky for longer or shorter periods than expected. Quite early, your ancestors took note of the motion of celestial bodies and the recurrence of heavenly patterns. Having combined their observations they then agreed on a mutually convenient system which they named time.

Does it then follow that time has an inherent existence? It does not. If by mischance you were lost in a cave with enough supplies to survive but no connection to the outside, it would not be long before you would loose all sense of how much time, how many minutes, hours, days or weeks had elapsed. Your biological clock would measure your individual experience by sleep and rest, hunger and satiety; even such things as a woman’s period that you assume occurs regularly about every 28 days, would begin to fluctuate. The most rigorous scientific measurements are themselves unreliable: although a very close approximation is possible, the lifespan of subatomic particles is far too short to guarantee with absolute certainty that, when observed, the appearance of such a particle is not influenced by your mind. Your physicist Einstein devised a mathematical proof which implies that time is relative; he even called it the fourth dimension. What happens to that proof when you take time out of the equation? The answer to that conundrum is only one of the problems mankind will have to face. For millennia time has been viewed as a property of nature, one related to the motion of your planet and recently connected to the so-called speed of light. Your certainties are about to be challenged: the motion of your planet has begun to change!

Since the start of the industrial age, the planet Earth has been subjected to stresses beyond her ability to endure. As a living entity your world, like all things, has a specific frequency. When that frequency is interfered with, the same thing happens to the planet as would happen to you: she becomes ill. As a result, her body takes measures to heal, just as your body would. You might experience fevers, chills, sweats, diarrhea, cramps or vomiting. In that respect the body of Earth is not as different from yours as you might imagine although, from where you stand, its reactions appear considerably more drastic. For fevers read global warming,

earthquakes are its chills, her sweats could be floods or rising oceanic levels, tornadoes and hurricanes its nausea. We might equate volcanic eruptions, whether sudden or continuous, with diarrhea and a shifting of the poles could well be caused by severe and violent cramps. In the meantime and for as long as the planet is ailing, the speed at which she rotates on her axis is jeopardized by these symptoms and can therefore no longer remain constant. That effect has already begun...

As present the Earth’s rotation around her axis has changed so little that it is not perceptible without specialized instruments. Already geo-physicists, checking their atomic clocks, have observed considerable deviations from what they considered the norm. The changes will soon become obvious to the point where humanity will no longer be able to measure time in terms of days, hours or minutes. The period of rotation around the sun will, for now, continue unchanged but the fluctuations in the motion of the Earth will increase and persist for quite a long period. Your standard twenty-four hour day will be no more. You will need to resort to radically different standards to organize your lives. Quite possibly, by the end of the period of randomness, your race will have come of age and may no longer need to divide eternity into imaginary units!

As these events take place, some of you will no doubt expect that it is just a matter of waiting until the globe settles down, before a new calendar or some such measurement is devised. You will have a long wait: the Earth will not resume a regular rotation until your species has advanced to a level where it will no longer equate Creation or itself with relative measurements. Like it or not, in the cosmos time does not exist. Once you accept this, you will understand and use the variations of the naturally occurring cycles to perform your duties as they relate to other worlds and to some of their inhabitants who also labor under the illusion of time.

For now, the majority of Earth’s scientists are still caught up in thinking of time as a property of nature, a principle of physics like magnetism or the weak force. This is plainly incorrect. As we have often stated, Creation takes place inside the body of the Source Itself. We realize that this is not a very satisfactory description of the status quo. Let us attempt another one: God by any name is formless unbounded consciousness; everything that ever was, is or will be, takes place within the parameters of this Totality. There simply is nothing else, nothing further, nothing outside of the One consciousness, which is the Alpha and Omega. Therefore, since that Oneness exists outside of time, everything that belongs to It also IS simultaneous, eternally. Everything in Creation exists, period. The illusion of time and of events occurring one after another results from your focusing on items sequentially and deriving the idea of continuity from those observations. The Eastern sages had clearly grasped that concept when they wrote that Creation exists in the mind of eternal God and that the world is only Maya (illusion).

- What specifically has sickened the Earth and how, if at all, can mankind repair the damage? That is a question you need to ask yourself. Every piece of equipment, from toasters to power plants, that uses or produces electricity, generates an electromagnetic field. At the beginning of the industrial era, no one gave any thought to the frequencies this ever-increasing list of objects would emit. By now these frequency emitters number in the billion worldwide. The Earth possesses her own unique and specific frequency whose harmonic and magnetic range maintains the balance of all the systems that make up the flora, fauna and the workings of the planet itself, its rotation, magnetic poles, atmospheric conditions, movements of magma, continental drift, ozone layer, van Allen belts, and so on and so forth. When that range of frequencies is improperly altered or interfered with, the Earth’s balance is jeopardized, her effectiveness in maintaining her systems is impaired and the planet itself, as well as all her creatures, is imperiled. The wave length and the frequency, as well as the volume at which your species emits not only electricity but AM, FM, UHF, X Rays, microwaves, and the endless ever higher and lower frequencies with which you saturate her oceans, soil, atmospheric envelope and even space, have injected and bombarded your planet with such an unnatural level of erratic and inharmonious waveforms that she is unable to tolerate your abuses any longer.

If that were not sufficient humanity, ignoring the needs of its own physiology and forgetful of its nature, has also been affected by this cacophony and has reacted much as the Earth has by becoming nervous, irritable, violent, physically ill, irrational and at times insane. These emotions and the effects resulting from your overwrought state, directly impact the Earth your global mother. Human beings, who were intended from their beginnings to work in harmony with the planet, have instead added their own craziness to the fifth element surrounding Earth. That diffuse layer of subtle matter, which contains the light codes or aetheric genome after which the Source patterned Earth, is no longer able to maintain its integrity. To name one example, the effect of interferences such as project HAARP, which punches holes into the ionosphere, is beyond imagining. Your ionosphere is a natural filter between the atmosphere and space. It prevents the escape of needed gasses and keeps out selective radiation harmful to planetary life. Punching holes into the ionosphere is akin to puncturing your planetary lungs! As for saturating your largest ocean with chemicals and ultra-low frequencies: what do you intend to breathe when first the Pacific and then your other seas become cesspools filled with the rotting carcasses of the sea-life you destroyed? The planet is not your toy chemistry set! It is said that some people who can see the aura of Earth have noticed that where it used to glide along the horizon in gently flowing rhythms, it now shows irregular jagged peaks and valleys like a fibrillating heart.

The unconscious thoughts of mankind may possibly have an even more destructive effect than the electro-magnetic interference you create. That is due to the close spiritual connection the Earth has with humanity. Your negativity and confusion disrupt the integrity of the aetheric light-codes as much or more than your frequencies, with the result that their ability to enact what the Source envisioned for your world is impaired. We coined the name subtronic energies for the field of influence that the aetheric genome exerts on matter and vice versa. Whereas ultroneous means spontaneous or voluntary, these subtronic energies describe a spontaneous reciprocal connection that exists far below any levels you can measure but is nonetheless a spontaneous and voluntary energy exchange flowing from the subtle layer that surrounds the Earth and back to them. The name correctly describes the influence which magnetic energy, including thoughts and feelings, has on ether, the fifth element that acts at the sub-atomic level of Creation.

We suggest that to avoid further electromagnetic pollution, you adjust all equipment so that it functions in tune with the Earth’s cyclical waveforms. Such adjustments do not place impossible demands on your society. It is vital that you learn to do this now, because when the planet begins a series of continuous shifts, to reestablish her balance and regain a state of harmonic grace, you will have to keep shifting your frequencies as well. The Earth will need to make continual adjustments to her rotational velocity combined with changes in her axial geometry. That is why your next generation of machines will have to be able to adjust daily to emitting only electromagnetic by-products that can be assimilated

by the environment. Unless you follow that path, the atmosphere and in particular the clouds will absorb such excessive levels of microwaves and electricity laden moisture, that the resultant lightning and windstorms will make living on the surface very difficult. On the other hand, if you adjust your feelings, thoughts and machinery to the frequency of the healthy planet, you will actually provide Earth with a food source in the form of energy. Thus you will re-establish the natural evolutionary food chain the planet was meant to have. Instead of contaminating the Earth, you will provide her with all she needs to heal herself and in the process create for her a vibratory fountain of youth, an environment loaded with extraordinary recuperative powers.

The model we currently have for your planet shows a scenario which, once set in motion, will require a great many years before Earth can be fully re-configured and its aetheric components restored. Many mutations and previously unknown diseases will still appear in your eco-system before the healing takes hold. The length of recovery depends entirely on your willingness to start at the earliest and on humanity’s determination to use intelligent thought, feelings, actions and materials as tools with which to interact wisely and in a viable manner with your home planet.

It has been foreseen and predicted by previous cultures and some individuals that the year 2012 would presage the end of time. You may have heard and read the predictions but you have not understood what they meant. Your planet is not going to disappear poof into a puff of smoke. You will not suddenly, without transition, sit on a cloud among angels strumming harps. What we mean by the end of the world refers to the current format in which you measure change by the natural cycles of nature. Remember that time is not a property of nature nor is it inherent in matter; rather it is an observation you chose
