Faith is not an excuse for laziness, teaches about the importance of using mental ability in order to achieve some of God’s promises. It encourages to set visions and targets to enhance the purpose of God’s calling in one’s life. This book teaches that faith cannot be used to justify one’s laziness rather they will suffer with great faith if they cannot work. It teaches that the calling alone cannot bring success but also one’s effort must be applied to become successful in life. So hard work, skills, creativity and innovations must be applied if one is to be successful in whatever goal they are pursing. It motivates to put faith in action to see results. Faith is not an excuse for laziness gives understanding of how one can balance a spiritual life and physical life. It talks about the importance of knowledge, understanding and wisdom application for one to be successful in their calling. The purpose of Jesus on earth and the role of the Holy Spirit in the church. It teaches that God blesses the works of our hands if one did not work, God has nothing to bless for them concerning physical life. So if one sow nothing they will reap nothing it doesn’t matter they are called.
