Two young men in their thirties, sitting on the couch. Pedro and Carlos. One is insecure, immature, overprotected by his parents. The other one is loose, experienced, son of a single mother. They have fun. Finally Pedro allows himself to have his first experience, he is anxious and fulfilled with that. They are close to each other. They watch Bagdad Café, Carlos’ recommendation. He initially thought of suggesting Amélie Poulain, his favorite film, but hesitated. Maybe it's still early. He likes films in French very much. Blue Is the Warmest Colour. The Dreamers. Heartbeats. But he had decided on the American film, however independent. Pedro is not used to these types of films, but he wants to experience the different, the exciting. It plays I'm calling you. They look at each other for a while. Carlos smiles and suddenly gives Pedro a tender kiss on the face. Then they turn their attention to the film, but Pedro can't stand it and looks at him for a long time, feeling a mixture of surprise and satisfaction. He really needs it.
