    CHAPTER ONE

    Jordan reached over Nina’s short frame to get his favorite tumbler out of the cupboard. He tried not to smell the intoxicating fragrance of her shampoo, but his attempt was futile. A delicious, fruity-floral aroma wafted up, arousing his senses, and the smell had him stifling a groan. The urge to press himself against her and to prove just how much he desired her overwhelmed his self-control.

    He ached to kiss her neck, roam his hands over her stomach and breasts, and torture her with pleasure. Living with her created a need within him to make her his in every way a man could make a woman his own.

    But there was the problem. Nina preferred the company of women.

    If he gave in to his rioting urges and acted on impulse, she’d probably scream with that beautiful voice of hers and bring the residents of the entire condo complex out of their units.
