About this ebook

Have you ever been depressed? Have you ever dealt with anxiety? Have you ever had so much drama in your life that it felt like it was pulling you under? If you have ever faced depression, anxiety, or drama—or just want to access divine peace—then this devotional is for you. Living in peace is a lot easier than living without peace. Our entire existence is built on juggling life's ebbs and flows, yet there is little to no space to process the truth that we have access to peace. The "I Have Peace" 21-day devotional is built on biblical principles and scriptures that will be a source of light in dark situations, but the main purpose is to eradicate the inner turmoil that can try to consume us. Use this devotional to accompany your time of meditation and devotion, as a study guide, as a roadmap, or however you would like, but remember,You Have Peace!

    Notes

    Dear Peace Ambassador

Welcome to my peace journey! My name is Kristin Joy Greer, and I am delighted to introduce myself to you. All of my life, I’ve struggled with anxiety, depression, and just plain drama. Although I was never officially diagnosed with anxiety or depression, I had symptoms of peace-disturbing circumstances that altered my state of peace. I was actually unaware that I operated from a place of fear, rejection, and self-doubt until one day Jesus captured my heart, and His Spirit awakened me. This awakening began in 2011 as I sat on the floor of my two-bedroom apartment reading God’s Word, singing songs of praise, and praying. I had a vision, and in this vision, I saw myself in chains. There were chains over my feet and my hands and even a muzzle over my mouth. I was experiencing this in multiple dimensions: one with me in chains and the other free. Then I saw a wooden plank over the chains where I once was. The plank read, Kristin.

Mortified, I looked down I looked again, and my name had been crossed out by what looked like a finger with blood. This may sound spooky, but in that moment, it all made sense. I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins, and in that moment, the wood plank represented the cross, and the blood signified His blood that was shed for me. There was also a key! The key was mounted, hanging right above where I had sat for years in chains. In that moment, I saw that the chains that tried to hold me could not. The key was there for my freedom. For I had been paid bought with a price! Thank you, Jesus!

Well, I was so misty-eyed in this vision—so full of joy, thanksgiving, and praise—that I almost missed the ending! As I looked again, I saw nothing. Darkness. Then a faint light rose, and I saw many others in various arrays of bondage. Some were chained at the feet, some were chained at the hands, and some had head harnesses on. All were sobbing quietly, fearful of the light. Above the people were the same wooden planks, keys, and blood-stained names. All of the people that were there were free. They just didn’t know it.

The day of this vision, I had no idea
