About this ebook

The REAL Rapture: Prophecy of The Book of Revelation of Jesus Christ is a scripture-based teaching guide to Revelation that will teach how to understand God's purpose for the tribulation.  Justice Mountain completed his study of Revelation by learning the history of His people.  Finally able to discard the deception that this book is too hard to understand, Mountain has created a way to teach major terms, such as the trumpets and vials, beasts, and rapture, so we can comfort others with the hope, love, and promises of God's Plan that will we come to know.

Dear readers, I spent my youth wishing I was anywhere but in my father’s home.  My only goal in life was to not allow another generation to live in the same kind of chaos my parents created.  During my first years in college, I  repeatedly made big mistakes.  The fact I lived through my rebellion and sins proves God was protecting me until I could surrender to His will. After I got married, I joined my wife in attending a small church in our community.  There I turned over my life and became a born-again Christian.  I began to enjoy a feeling of being loved I had not known before.  While my children were little, my church was “reorganized” and we chose to attend a different church.  While I did not agree with all of the doctrines there, it fulfilled my need to have a spiritual harbor from all of the busyness of becoming a better person while raising a family.  Because of my near-death experience, I understood Jesus wanted me to spend enough time in the word to find out what his purpose is for me.  After I retired, my wife and I moved to a small mountain home.  I spend a lot of my time hiking.  My relationship with the Lord grew as I rejoiced in the beauty created by Jesus.  A non-denominational pastor taught us the Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ and the love God has for His children.  I learned why He has had to plan the coming tribulation and a general understanding of what we will face in the coming days.  I hope to share scriptural insight so readers can believe and depend on His love to carry us through the worst of the end-times.  I believe we will join together to rejoice in the glory of the New Jerusalem. God Bless, Justice Mountain

The REAL Rapture - Justice Mountain

    The REAL Rapture:

    Prophecy of

The Book of Revelation of Jesus Christ

FOR I KNOW THE THOUGHTS that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.  Jeremiah 29:11

None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.  Isaiah 59:4

    Introduction

When our children were little, we attended a couple of churches in our small  community.  Most of their doctrines were the same; they were Word Churches.  That means we got a chance to be taught scripture, and we believed the Word is inspired by God.  We were in agreement until the topic of the rapture came up in one of the services at the second church.  We had always been taught the rapture of good Christians was going to happen just before the tribulation started; pre-tribulation.  Most members of the church rejected studying Revelation; it was not written for us.  If we were saved, we did not have to worry about what was going to happen to everyone else, we would simply fly away.

We were satisfied that the first pastor’s teaching was correct.  After all, he was a representative of the church, right?  Then our new church pastor said the rapture was going to be after the tribulation started!  This was upsetting to me.  I had always had a picture in my mind of me and my family hiding out, away from the chaos caused by the sinners, for a short period of time before we were flown away.  And now this! We could never survive.  Most of my studying was because I decided I would study the Book of Revelation and then, armed with the correct scriptures, I would set my new pastor right!  As the pastor pressed on and taught on different topics, my resolve to find the Truth released its grip.  Time marched on.

Weeks turned into months; months turned into years... you get it.  A decade later, I finally had a pastor who taught us the Book of Revelation.  I fell in love with its promises and the knowledge of how much we are loved.  Here is the story of the seals, trumpets, vials, and important church history and scriptures on the rapture.

This study should be viewed like training wheels on a bike.  It neither adds to, nor takes away from Jesus’ prophecy (22:18-19).  This is only my attempt to help others understand the complex history John was writing about.  My book is a condensed version designed to help you learn some of the words, terms, and events taught in The Revelation of Jesus Christ, so you can study the book with more understanding.  See the Abbreviations for Books in the Glossary.

After you have read The Real Rapture, and hopefully have read the reference scriptures, please go back and read all of the Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ.  Remember, you have been promised you will be blessed if you are able to keep this book, Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand

(1:3).  To keep is the process of listening to Revelation being read, believing, understanding, accepting, and securing it in our hearts, so we can follow the wisdom it reveals about the tribulation and be blessed.

Where it is relevant, I have included scripture from older books of the Bible.  These are other canonical, or official books, that were included in the Bible initially and removed.  They were found with the Dead Sea Scrolls in 1947[1].  After I learned the basics of Revelation, I found strength in reading what these other books said about the tribulation.  They offered confirmation by revealing details of people and events.  Often, I found solutions to fill in gaps and came to understand unanswered questions in the Bible.  See Dead Sea Scrolls in the Glossary.

The Book of Enoch (BOE), the Book of Jasher (BOJ), the Book of Adam and Eve (BAE), and the Book of Jubilees (BJUB) contain a great deal of wisdom and are included in the Ethiopian Cannon to this day.  If anyone ever asks, ‘Why did God make a plan for something as terrifying as the tribulation?’, you will find the answer in the history contained in the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Bible.  You will become grateful for the promises of God’s Plan.  And find what we are truly fighting against in this world.  Don’t be afraid to ask God every question that comes to mind.  The answers may be bittersweet, but He promised to be faithful and give us wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and revelation.

I wrote this to be a study guide for those readers who want to understand the Book of Revelation.  In my writing, if a number is in parentheses, (5) that is Chapter 5 in Revelation and (3:7) is the 7th scripture in Chapter 3.  Scriptures will be in italics.  Terms and words are in bold and definitions are underlined.  Please read the reference scriptures, they will keep you strong in the coming chaos.  Much of the future will be very frantic so learning the scriptures now will help you remember what the truth is, what promises the LORD has given us, and what blessings will await you because you are a child of God (Ps. 73:26; Isa. 41:10).

    Chapter 1: God’s Plan

OUR FATHER REVEALED to Jesus (1:1) His Plan to rescue His children (even the ones who were unfaithful in the war with Satan), so Jesus could share this knowledge with prophets and believers concerning what will take place soon; and then sent his angel with the prophecies to his servant John (Eph. 3:9).

John is instructed (1:2) to record the treasured knowledge he knew of the prophecies from the word of God (Old Testament).  And to add to it, the precious testimony (1:1) of Jesus Christ, the prophecies John learned as a disciple (New Testament).  He then was given visions of end-times events and told to write everything down and reveal them in a book (1:11; Matt. 13:52).  He sent a copy to each of the seven churches of Asia: Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea.  Asia was a Roman province, which was in what is now part of western Turkey.  I want to teach some of the more important Old Testament history, because it is absent in most church doctrines.

Jesus immediately expresses his desire that we study and learn the Book of Revelation of Jesus Christ by revealing we will be blessed (1:3) if we study.  "Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand." (22:7).  See the Blessings of Revelation in the Glossary.

At some point, most unbelievers will suddenly realize their great plots and wealth cannot help them escape God’s plan (6:15-17).  They ask one another if anyone could survive the horrible events and will be able to stand (6:17; Zep. 1:14-18).  John is shown what is taking place in heaven in Chapter 4, and then he is there to witness Jesus being given the task of opening the seals, Chapter 5 and 6.  He is shown a vision of God’s sealed Jews (7:3-8) and Gentiles (7:9-10).

It was always Jesus’ plan to unite God with all of His children, both the Jews and the Gentiles, destroying the hostile dividing wall between them.  His purpose was to make the two groups become one new people, so we can approach the Godhead in one spirit (15:2-3; Eph. 2:14-19; Col. 2:9-10).  The Godhead is in the bodily form of Christ, the Messiah who will be united with God and the Holy Spirit at the White Throne.  This is the fullness of the Deity, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (20:11; Col. 2:1-10).  After the first blessing in Revelation (1:3), my second favorite scripture is in Chapter 15: They held harps given them by God and sang the song of God’s servant Moses and of the Lamb, revealing the unity of Christians and Jews.  Please read and learn the Song of Moses.  It will be important to know before the antichrist tries to deceive us into thinking he is Jesus ( 1:3, 15:2, 3; Deut. 32).

    Chapter 6: The Seven Seals

In Chapter 4 of Revelation John sees the first vision of the glory of heaven.  Readers also see that God is holding in His right hand (5:1) the scroll of the seven seals, revealing the events happening just before the Lord’s Day, the coming tribulation .  John weeps as heaven considers if anyone in the universe is worthy to open the book and to share its mysteries (5:3).

One of the twenty-four elders (4:4, 10) the twelve sons of Israel and Jesus’ twelve apostles, remind John that Jesus, the innocent and crucified Lamb, overcame Satan and is worthy to take the scroll from God and open its seals (5:5-9).  In the past, Daniel was instructed to lock up the seals until the end-times (Dan. 12:4).

The four beasts of heaven (4:6-9) and the twenty-four elders,  fell down before the Lamb, and join together in a new song of praise to Jesus (5:9; 15:3), the song of the Lamb.  Before the vials are emptied near the end of the age (15:3), all of heaven will be singing the song of Moses and the song of the Lamb.

The seals (6, 8) are an introduction to God’s trumpet judgments.  They show the order of the importance of each event described in the seals. Most readers believe that if they learn the order of the seals, they will have the confidence to predict the end-times events (Matt. 24:36-44).  But God alone knows the hour, day, month, and year of the tribulation (9:15; Mark 13:32).  By learning the prophecies of Revelation we can learn the who, why, where, in what order, and sometimes, how much.  Just not when the tribulation, will begin (3:10, 9:5, 10).

The seals are not recorded on a list that shows what happens first, then the second, then the third, and so on.  The seals are not listed in chronological order, as some pastors and social media are teaching.  Each seal teaches readers how important the events are, to weigh the significance of the trial of each trumpet and vial.  Each seal is taught in the same order as the events written in Matthew 24; Mark 13; and Luke 21, which are done in the order of importance as well.

When the first four seals are opened, the living creatures (4:6-9) loudly plead with John to Come and see. (6:1-7).  Unlike many modern churches, it’s clear that Christ and the living creatures desire the opportunity for us to know, understand, and see the signs of His return.  All of the Old and New Testament is meant to be openly taught and understood.  Disregard false teachers who say Revelation is too hard to understand.  Do not listen to anyone who insists that you believe only what they are teaching; not even me!  I am learning prophecy and wait until God decides what He needs to reveal to me.  I want to share what I know as of now, and hope I will be trusted with more revelation as time goes on.

From television and social media, I can see that more and more of the prophecy is being revealed to teachers at this time.  Prophecy is the prediction of events relating to Christ’s kingdom and its speedy triumph.  The Word alone possesses the full TRUTH.  Remember that Christ judges and warns us that 70% of the churches will have doctrine that misleads its followers.  It is risky because they might lead others to worship the antichrist.

There is a great harlot in Chapter 17 and 18.  Many writers consider this a church; so it would be the One-World Church.  This will be a hodgepodge of gods and belief systems, a church system honoring the belief that there are many ways to heaven.  However, I believe the wording in this chapter is like Chapter 13, where words have more than one meaning.  Ruling over everything religious and educational, will be the Beast #4 of the earth, the false prophet (13:11-18, 16:13, 19:20, 20:10).

The scarlet colored (red) Beast (#1) in Revelation 17:3, revealed in 12:3 and 13:1, are the seven heads (empires) created and ruled by Satan, Beast (#2) of Chapter 13.  The six empires have been Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Persian, Greece, and Ancient Rome[2].  The antichrist, Beast (#3) will receive power, a throne, and great authority from the dragon (13:2) to rule the re-emerging Roman Empire.  One of the nations (13:3) was wounded to death.  This is a nation that was torn apart by civil riots.  The antichrist will be released from the pit (11:7), attempts to imitate Christ, and rule during the second half of tribulation, and the false prophet is Beast (#4), the ruler of the one-world religion (13:11-18, 18; Dan. 2:40, 7:7, 11:31).

The closing scripture in this chapter is the number of the beast (13:18).  Modern media has made the number 666 famous!  I read lots of books, and got lots of answers to the question of what this means before I found an answer that seems so perfect, but simple.  In Ezra 2:13, it reveals that the number of the descendants of Adonikam[3] was six hundred and sixty-six!  Adonikam was the ancestor of 666 children.  This was a group of Jews who were returning back to Jerusalem from captivity at Babylon to rebuild God’s temple.  Then, I found very little more, no genealogy or what happened to the family or where they settled.  But I believe the descendants are the answer.
