Introduction:
Flu is a short form of the word Influenza
, which is one of the most common money making illnesses for the Big Pharma! According to the CBS News study, when you come down with chills, fever, cough, runny nose, malaise, and all those other flu-like
symptoms, the illness is likely caused by influenza, at most, 17 percent of the time and as little as 3 percent! The other 83 to 97 percent of the time, it's caused by other viruses or bacteria (from Dr. Mercola’s website).
What causes a Flu?
The answer is straightforward, an impaired immune system.
Your immune system gets damaged due to poor nutrition, continuous stress, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, not enough exposure to sunlight etc. So. the best prevention is by making sure you are getting healthy nutrition, sunlight exposure at least 15-20 minutes a day everyday, de-stressing yourself, moving your body. and sleeping well.
