Dealing with the Unknown

As one who had years of first-hand experience with Satan and demons, I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, it’s not a myth, folklore, or made up stories, Satan, demons and evil spirits are real.

Before getting to know how to win your spiritual battles over Satan and demons, you first have to know more about Satan and demons and must understand why they are here in the first place. This is because knowledge is power. When you know what you are up against, it becomes easier to fight back and of course, win the battle. The Bible says Therefore my people are gone into captivity because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst (Isaiah 5:13, see also Hosea 4:6).

It is important to remember that one of the first keys to winning victory over your enemies is by understanding them. I prayed and studied for an understanding of my enemy that is when I finally was able to receive the revelation of what I must do in order to win the battle over Satan and his followers (demons, evil spirits, witches, wizards, sorcerers, magicians, incubus, succubus, perverse spirits, familiar spirits and so on).

The Supernatural world is as real as the physical. What takes place in the spiritual realm affects us physically in our daily lives. From my research and statistical findings, I have gathered that as soon as a person is conceived in his or her mother’s womb, that person automatically becomes part of the ongoing spiritual warfare whether you like it or not. You either win or lose the battle. The battle has no end, as long as you live on earth the spiritual warfare is still going on in your life. It will only come to an end when you die or the Messiah Yahshua comes to put things into the right order on the Day of Judgement.

Everyone is involved, consciously or unconsciously, in spiritual warfare. At times, some people are not even aware they have been fighting in spiritual warfare. Ignorance is a disaster, which leads to destruction.

Your war with Satan and demons should not be taken lightly and you should learn the tactics and strategies to win your battles. I will advise you to read the entire series (Volume one, two and three) and you will get the knowledge and the strategies to win your spiritual battles over Satan and demons.

Satan and Demons Hate You

When you realize that Satan and his accomplices hate you more than anything, you will be watchful of your actions. You may ask, Why should Satan and his accomplices hate me so much? What have I done wrong to be hated by them?

Why Satan and demons hate us

Satan’s struggle with us started a long time ago. It began soon after the first man was created. Satan who was created by Yahveh and named Lucifer was not happy with the decision of Almighty Yahveh for allowing humans to possess the earth and rule it. Yahveh said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth (Genesis 1:26).

Satan’s ambition was to rule both heaven and earth as the Almighty Yahveh without submitting or surrendering to anyone. The Bible gave us that account: How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High (Isaiah 14:12-14).

So because of his ambition, Satan and his accomplices hate us so much for possessing that which they think we do not deserve. That is why Satan created enmity between us and our Maker. He deceived our first parents, Adam and Eve and they disobeyed the law of Yahveh. The fall of our first parents affected us also. Since then, Satan became our enemy. We hate him and he also hates us. The Bible told us what happened there: Now the serpent was more subtile than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, we may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked, and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden. And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. And he said, who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? And the man said, the woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. And the LORD God said unto the woman, what is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, the serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. And the LORD God said unto the serpent, because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel (Genesis 3:1-15).

So that sin brought death to us all. The Bible says, Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned (Romans 5:12).

From that encounter, we lost our freedom and possession. Now Satan is the ruler of this earth. Satan declared his claim to the Messiah: Then the Devil took him up and showed him in a second all the kingdoms of the world. I will give you all this power and all this wealth, the Devil told him. It has all been handed over to me, and I can give it to anyone I choose (Luke 4:5, 6 GNT).

Satan is our greatest enemy and we should not let Satan have his way. We must be watchful, cautious and alert for all his evil devices. The Bible tells us, Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. Whom resist steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world (1 Peter 5:8-9). Satan is a thief; he has robbed us of our possession and freedom. So we must fight for our freedom and possess what was given to us since the creation of the world. Thanks be to Yahveh who showed us love even though we were the ones who wronged him. He sent his only beloved Son to us who bought us with his precious and priceless blood and set us free from the bondage of Satan. Yahshua the Messiah became our savior, friend, and master. Yahshua said, The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (John 10:10).

Another reason why Satan and his accomplices hate us so much is that Satan and his accomplices have been denied access to heaven. Since creation, they have access to every place in heaven and on earth. The Bible says, "Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan
