The Tamarind Ball
Once upon a time, on an island faraway, there lived a man with two daughters who loved him very much.
And one who didn’t.
Her name was Ayino and this is her story.
Ayino was not the youngest nor the eldest but the quiet middle child of a wealthy merchant and his second wife (his first wife left him under mysterious circumstances no one of good breeding would talk about, although those of a lesser breeding would whisper about a missing shovel and newly disturbed, soft earth later found
