Introduction

Are you mesmerized by crystals and how beautiful they look? I am. Crystals are more than beautiful objects from the earth: they are chunks of energy. That is how I used to describe them to people when I was eight.

It all started with a bucket of rocks.

I grabbed my small bucket of tumbled stones I collected from a local mall rock show and dumped them on my carpet. I ran my fingers through the tumbled stones, picked each one up, and stared closely at it. Then, I lay on top of all of the tumbled stones and crystals, rolling over them back and forth. I was eight years old. Smiling and laughing. Was this my first invention? A crystal carpet or a crystal bed? At that time I was just loving the vibes, unknowingly getting a crystal boost as the sun shone through the windows of my upstairs bedroom in South Jersey.

Moving ahead 39 years, I can now explain how crystals work with your body’s energy fields in detail. I wrote High-Vibe Crystal Healing for everyone to benefit from its knowledge, from novices to the advanced. My goal was to create a book of reliable and accurate information on how to use crystal body layouts as gem remedies in everyday life. I wanted to show people the basic science behind the crystal vibes. Crystals emit frequencies that are real. I’ll teach you details about your energy body and list 66 incredible crystals and how to use them in your everyday life. The vibe meter will help you notice and sense what level of intensity you may feel from each crystal. I added some fun names to help you remember them. I love to make learning fun. There are 26 crystal body layouts, including self-healing improvements, attracting love and abundance, complete body and mind balancing, and experiencing astral travel.

I have you prep for your crystal sessions and decipher what type of body layout you want to administer. Step by step, I have everything you can think of covered: body layouts for healing and wellness, achieving your goals, expanding self-awareness and spirit, personal transformation, and releasing attachments. I even created an innovative crystal chart (see Appendix A) that you can easily use to look up an ailment and know what crystals can assist you. That’s not all! By the way, I’m Jolie DeMarco. People call me the crystal junkie. I have been into metaphysics for many years, learning, teaching, writing, and sharing. I’ve been attracted to crystals and all things metaphysical my whole life. I am and have been a metaphysical teacher and master crystal healer for over 20 years. Our Natural Attraction to Crystals and Gemstones

Are you attracted to certain crystals or gemstones that make you have to buy them? This magnetism is because your body’s chemistry needs the crystals’ elements. Intuitively, your body senses this. You might be thinking to yourself, I’m not a psychic or intuitive person. But guess what? We all are. It’s our human nature for survival and well-being. Instincts are part of who we are. Our intuition is that inner knowing and part of our self-healing knowledge.

This book explains energy at a caliber that everyone can understand—like GPS directions on how to understand your body on a level that we don’t physically see.

To our bodies, crystals and gemstones are similar to modern-day vitamins. After all, medicines and vitamins originally derived from elements and minerals. As with supplements, medicine, and herbs, certain combos can be bad, especially if we use too much of something or mix too many. When it comes to crystals, often you end up needing to experiment, but, lucky you, I’ve done that for you! The crystal and gemstone layouts you will find in this book offer the perfect blend for positive results.

You may not think about this often, but everything is energy. That means that everything—each person, animal, tree, and basically every item, including rocks and gemstones—has a frequency. Think of it this way: As a human, you have good days and bad days. On a good day, your frequency is higher, and you are happier emotionally. On a bad day, your frequency, your vibes, are lower. Our chemical makeup stays the same, but our emotions flux, causing frequencies that can affect not only ourselves and our well-being, but our surroundings. For example, place four angry people in a room of 30 other people. As they express their negativity, it grows; that low vibration of anger is now making the other 30 people talk about their bad experiences as well. Not everyone will accept this frequency; some may leave the space or decide to talk about positive occurrences or not at all.

My point is that frequency, or vibrations, can be heard or felt. We can accept, allow, absorb, neglect, or be neutral to them. Everyone is different. People have different upbringings and different locales, and all of this is a factor of what a person is. Each one of us has a frequency, and it can always be adjusted. Adjustments can be made by our own frequencies of thoughts and our environments. How do crystals come into play? Well, because each crystal can hold and emit energy as well as us humans. The only difference is that a gemstone, crystal, or mineral, in most cases, has the same frequency throughout its existence once it is formed. Some varieties of crystal are grown and enhanced, but mostly the frequency is sedentary, whereas humans morph and change more often than a crystal. Using crystal frequencies to reach optimal wellness or goals means knowing which crystals work with your frequency at that particular time in your life. Assessing yourself is the first step in deciding what you want or need to adjust, whether it is physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.

This is how crystals and gemstones can help transform anyone or any space. Note that throughout the book, frequency, vibrations, and vibes all are terms I will be referring to, all meaning the same thing.

Matching Crystals to Your Needs

It’s important to be aware and mindful while using crystals. Loving crystals is great, but you need to understand how to use them to balance your energy versus confuse your energy. I have noticed that some people hold an abundance of crystals or wear multiple varieties of crystal jewelry at one time. I only mention this because most people don’t think of crystals and gems as vitamins. Too many crystals can confuse the energy in your body. Your aura and chakras can become unbalanced. Too much of anything all the time can be not so good. If you don’t need 50 vitamins per day, would you take 50 vitamins?

I really love crystals immensely and understand the desire to pile them on. After all, I own a crystal shop! But it’s important to know how to be balanced. To those of you who do wear a lot of crystals at once, you do look super cool, but just make sure you’re feeling balanced as well. If you notice that you are unsure of how you feel on any given day, first see how many crystals you are packin’. It could be that you are wearing crystals with conflicting energies; for example, one crystal might be for focusing while another is for helping you sleep. If you’re absorbing both frequencies at once, your energy will get confused. See what I mean?

Day to day we may have different emotions due to occurrences in our lives. Picking a crystal that works for that day can balance you.

Notice how you feel. If, for example, you feel tired but need to focus for work, look in this book and read what crystal will help with how you are feeling that particular day. These stones would be Ruby Zoisite to motivate you and White Howlite to attain focus.

Another example: You’re going on vacation and can’t stop overthinking because you are all wound up, and you need to get your mind off work mode. You can look up what would relax or calm you and your mind. You’ll find that Amethyst and Moldavite will do the trick.

I can go on forever about what we all need. By the time you finish reading this book, you will be able to rattle off rock remedies all day long! Each gem, crystal, or mineral has certain components that create their makeup. This is what creates the frequency that they hold and emit, and this is how the crystals can affect you. Let’s dig deeper and learn about 66 of the best vibin’ crystals Mother Earth created for us to utilize. Before I take you there, let’s discuss the numerology behind the number of crystal and body layouts.

What’s Up with the Numbers 26, 66, and 22?

I thought you might want to know why I chose 26 layouts, 66 specific crystals, and 22 essential oils for this book. I like numerology. The number 26 is a sacred number. Many people feel 26 represents prosperity and wealth and brings peace and love into your life. To me, 26 has done just that. Besides all of that goodness, if you add two and six, you get eight. Eight is a sure sign of abundance and looks very much like the infinity sign! Abundance and never ending? I’ll accept that! Eight is my absolute favorite number in all the universes. I’ve loved it since I was a child. In my twenties, I got a mini tattoo of an eight on the side of my foot. I actually didn’t know anything about the infinity sign at that time in my life. Intuitively I must have been drawn to it for more than one reason. The symbolism of numbers is wild as you learn about each and how we use their energy in our lives.

Number 22 feels strong and promises betterment or goodness of the heart and of all things that exist in life. If I could bottle the number and label it, it would be like Buddhism in a jar: loving all and everything. I’m an intuitive feeler, and 22 brings me an awakening of inner knowing and connection to source, or a higher power of existence. This high vibrational connection can be to your source, or your soul’s energy, offering you knowledge and insights to make good choices in life. When you make a conscious effort to understand why you should make good choices, you are truly mindful. Being mindful helps us love our imperfections and create balance and betterment, which in turn creates a more loving society.

When 22 is divided by two, we get the number 11—a highly spiritual number that represents Angels being present to guide you. The number 11 is believed to be a master number because of its double numbers, one and one. Double numbers are said to have a high vibrational frequency, especially when they consist of two prime numbers. The double primes increase the power of the frequencies.

The number 22 is a double number as well: super powerful. Two plus two equals four, which means reconstruction. The 22 essential oils in the book are used to help you with many ailments and to adjust and align you. Specific oils can help reset your system for what you need. The number 22 brings power to you, allowing positivity and change for reaching your goals or dreams. I chose the top 22 oils to get your body there.

The number 66 is a powerful number as well. Double numbers again. I feel 66 brings unconditional love from your soul and your source energy. Number 66 also helps you trust in the universe to know you are constantly divinely guided and provided with what you need and desire in life.

If you add each digit in 22 and 66 together, you get number 16. If you add them traditionally, it’s an 88. I interpret both 16 and 88 to mean self-determination of inner power that encourages one to heal, adjust, and balance for complete harmony and abundance.

These numbers represent the main purpose of this book: to bring each of you that unconditional love through an abundance of self-healing assisted by your source. Your source can be your God, Buddha, Jah, Goddesses, Angels, Mother Earth, and beyond; all are goodness and want you to be your best. These 66 marvelous crystals of Earth and positive energy used during the 26 layouts will connect your soul to your source.
