Candy and the Naughty French Maids - JJ Joella

Rosie Ronette paced the floor of the conference room at Sassieasse University’s student housing office.

Tall, perfectly proportioned, dressed in her sassy ass U. cheerleader outfit, the African American nineteen-year-old looked anything but cheery. She did look sexy though, in spite of the tears that were forming in her dark brown eyes. She couldn’t help it.

Her rib knit cheer sweater outlined her large natural breasts. Her short pleated sassy ass miniskirt showed off long ebony legs that flowed naturally into those high heel go-go boots that all cheerleaders wore in the late 1960s.

Student housing advisor Tammy McNabb paused for a moment to study the ravishing girl before making her way back into the conference room. She didn’t know whether to give Rosie the results of her search or just grab her and start kissing her. The girl was that much of a turn on.

My god, she’s beautiful, thought Tammy. And she fanned herself with the file as if it could spirit away any improper thoughts she might have.

Rosie turned hopefully toward Tammy and gave her a beautiful smile that moved from sadness to nothing but pure sunlight.

Tammy sighed. She hated to disappoint any student at Sassieasse University, especially if she was getting straight A’s (as Rosie was), and looked as hot as a supermodel (as Rosie did).

I’m sorry, Tammy said as she came into the room. And the girl’s sunshine faded instantly.

Oh dear, was all the girl said. She brushed her long hair back over her shoulder, looked down at her fingers, which were already knotted nervously together, and bit her lip.

The dorm room we talked about, said Tammy. The big penthouse triple on the top floor of Maidenform Hall? It was taken last night?

She and Rosie sat down at the table together. Rosie nodded, drew in a deep breath, and smiled for a moment as she thought of that great dorm room with its big windows and covered outdoor patio. Then she started to sob softly.

It was just too good to be true.

Rosie Ronette (Real name Rachael Jones – students were invited to change their names when they entered Sassieasse University if they wanted to.) came from a wealthy family on the upper west side of Manhattan. Her father was a successful criminal lawyer. Her mom, a lawyer too, specialized in family issues and the rights of women, especially minority women. Though Mom did a great deal of pro bono work, she still made a very healthy living from her legal practice. Put both incomes together and what did you have? Millionaires even in the 1960s!

Hell, thought Rosie, they could and would have bought her a condo while she was at college. But Rosie just didn’t want them to. There had been quite a bitter argument when Rosie chose not to attend Stanford, as mom and dad had done, but go instead to Sassieasse University, that secretive school with all the rumors swirling around it... rumors that said the students studied nothing but sex.

So in making the choice, Rosie vowed not to take any money from dear old mom and dad ever again. Sassy Ass U. (as the students called it) was all scholarship for young men and women who qualified anyway. All she had to pay were expenses, room, and board. And Rosie had her own bank account, built with earnings from a highly successful childhood modeling career.

So here she was, in her second year at Sassy Ass, a straight-A student. But, as a sophomore no longer guaranteed a dorm room, about to move off campus, with no place to stay... in Beverly Hills, the most expensive city in California.

Oh Honey, don’t cry, whispered Tammy McNabb. There are still options?

Rosie Ronette shrugged. Are there really? she asked, sounding suddenly like a little brat. And for much of her life, Rosie had been a bit of a brat. After all, she had always been given everything she ever wanted including friends and lovers. She was elected student body president at St. Beatrix High School and had already received advanced placement at Harvard, Yale and Stanford. She celebrated her eighteenth birthday by seducing the surprisingly innocent captain of the high school football team and then dumped him for his equally attractive super-jock sister. Rosie went both ways, and everyone knew it including the admissions office at Sassy Ass University. It helped her get into the school.

Tammy lifted the folder of housing information placed it on the table in front of Rosie, flipped it open, and began pointing to a list of names and addresses.

These are the off-campus housing prospects, she began, families who have been certified by the university to provide off-campus residence for our girls.

Okay, said Rosie cheering up a little as she studied the list. There are stars next to some of the names. What does that mean?

That’s our assessment of the character of the families, and the quality of their home. You can see that there are only three, four, and five-star families listed.

Rosie looked up at Tammy. Her advisor was confident and attractive: slim, wearing a professional-looking beige business suit over a flattering low cut silk blouse. If this was any other kind of situation, Rosie might have been interested in a brief flirtation. But it couldn’t happen... at least not yet.

Rosie flipped through the pages of the report. There are a lot of names, she said.

    Nearly fifty.

But only one five star family.

Right, answered Tammy, Candy and Danny Diddle. They spent a couple of years involved in research projects at the university. They understand our goals and purposes. We think that their attitude is absolutely wonderful.

Rosie smiled. Have you talked to them about taking in students, she asked.

Oh yes... of course... But not this year.

If they’re not interested, then why include them on the list... and why give them five stars?

Tammy gave the girl a sexy smirk and changed the
