I have no one else to exalt but Jesus Christ. He is my one and only God. He is my life. Without Him, I am nothing.

He tested me in a lot of ways so I can be a testimony to others. He allowed me to fail so I will rise and realize that failure is not my destiny. He gave me obstacles so I will turn to Him and ask Him to guide me on my way out. He made me wait so He can prepare me for the best. He showed me the opportunities in my singlehood journey so I can share the blessings to those who are on the same path.

I can't write without a story. I thank my Lord Jesus Christ for giving me a beautiful one to tell. I thank Him for bestowing me skills and talents to be able to put all things into words.

I won't deny that I have my lonely moments but, in those moments, I feel God's overflowing love. He has also given me a strong support system to keep me going. I am grateful for my family, and my friends for staying with me, and for inspiring me to pursue my burning passion.

Why are you still single?

How I wish I could give a definite answer to this frequently asked question. But I could not because being single is not just my call. While I have a choice not to be, but it is always God's plan that will prevail.

I used to live by my own will. I made decisions without consulting God. I was happy at first, but that happiness did not last. I tried justifying my decisions to make me feel better, but at the end of the day, I was still empty and unhappy.

Love is always the best thing one can have and feel. Jesus Christ came on earth out of love. He was and is the foundation of love. He loved us first before we can even love Him. His love is unconditional.

I admit, there are some lonely points in my life. I envied those ladies picked up by their men after work hours. I once wished that I was with a man dining out and receiving flowers and chocolates from him on special occasions. I was consumed with the idea that singlehood is just but a lonely journey. I forgot my One True love who is
