About this ebook

In 2016, I wrote a poem on voting and citizen participation in politics. Before publishing it, I needed to add a poem against social division and tribalism. As the landscape has continued to deteriorate, I have been compelled to expand the work. Today, it seems unlikely that these entries will be judged aesthetically rather than as affirmations or attacks on the reader’s political views. In the meantime, I hope that it will at least be read at all, through to the end.

Jeremy Natus

A writer from Los Angeles, California. I’m working on compiling a poetry collection as my first comeback publication. There’s also novels and short stories that I’ll be working on. Until then, follow my Wordpress Journal where I’ll be writing about my interests and thoughts, such as fountain pens, politics, and food!

    An Introduction in Brief

In 2016, I wrote a poem on voting and citizen participation in politics. Before publishing it, I needed to add a poem against social division and tribalism. As the landscape has continued to deteriorate, I have been compelled to expand the work. Today, it seems unlikely that these entries will be judged aesthetically rather than as affirmations or attacks on the reader’s political views. However, these are contemporary things that will not benefit from further delayed publication and I hope for liberation from writing on the subject of liberation. In the meantime, I hope that it will at least be read at all, through to the end.
