Introduction
This book is about those who expanded and built upon their frontiers as well as their horizons when nobody seemed to measure up. Some were rewarded on earth and some are still to be rewarded in heaven. Just relax and keep calm as I take you along the ride. Many untitled leaders of prolific, profound and controversial nature went unrecognised as far as the language of the 21st century is concerned. Later they were titled humanitarians, philanthropists and philosophers. Many hypotheses were proposed, some of which succeeded and some failed, proving that with persistence and courage, anything is possible.
Amongst the untitled leaders who were later titled philanthropists and humanitarians and became the most prominent public figures of all time, are John Hopkins, Mother Teresa and Malcolm Little, who later renamed himself Malcolm X. He changed his name because Little
diminished his self-esteem and painted a picture in his mind depicting various limitations. Of course we cannot forget the legends of the sciences, contrary to religion. Not all resisted religion however, because everything in this world was created by God Almighty Himself. With absolute respect and hat in hand, I must assure you that legends like Joseph Louis Lagrange and Michael Faraday (pioneer and founder of capacitors and motors), went untitled, unrecognised and unveiled until their work was published.
Though many have raised matters absolutely contrary to general opinion, we cannot cease to be amazed. Even nature can be contrary to the belief that everything that has mass will fall due to gravity and the laws of the universe. I am a leader without a title as everything I do, whether these things are recognised or not, I do to the best of my ability. If tomorrow should happen to be my last day on earth they would lay a brick for me in heaven! I would live my life in such a way that people would be sure to thank God for bringing heaven down to earth through my life.
To all those that have been doing good and wondering whether they are recognized, it’s absolutely unnecessary to go about wondering and imprisoning your mind with ideas that will only bring you misery and weight loss. Acceptance is the remedy,
said Mother Teresa and continued: The greatest disease is to be nobody to everybody.

Leadership is not merely a one-day effort, neither is success. We need to commit ourselves to our goals constantly and strive towards excellence. Good leadership is a gradual process by which we achieve success by allowing success-orientation to swallow our old selves. It is a daily process of laying a brick upon the foundations of yesterday. We have petrol, fuel and ignition switches installed in each of us, but few know the location of their ignition switches, and one in a hundred holds the fire to start lighting the switch.
You don’t need to come from a generation of leaders before you endeavour to be great. They say everything stems from a family tree and is inherited, but you can be a tree arising from nowhere. Literally everything starts in a small way. Not all leaders are groomed and sculptured, as some leaders’ abilities are inborn like Malcolm X, the prolific, profound man swathed in absolute controversy. Wow! I’m standing in awe, something which is absolutely contrary to education, when I think about guys like Malcolm X. He offered dedicated and undying leadership to improve the life of the black man, because he strongly believed that blacks are dominant and whites are devils. He stated that the races should stay away from one another since rape, enslavement, killing with a gun and all kinds of weapons, also various forms of abuse, classify one as being a devil.
One thing I discovered is that he painted a picture in the minds of blacks proving that they were just as capable as any other race group. His persistence and undying efforts raised self-esteem and the perception that every nation can do it, especially long-oppressed blacks. Malcolm X inspired great giants of civil rights movements such as Nobel Peace Prize winner, Dr Martin Luther King Junior. Though Martin Luther King Junior earned his reputation, he
