The Job

Todd Collins pulled the curtain back and peered out the front window of his house, scanning the streets and surrounding houses for any sign of movement. The sun had set well over an hour ago but it had taken some time for the typical hustle and bustle to die down as everyone retreated into their homes. Now as he surveyed the area it seemed that things had gone quiet for the night and he could finally make his move.

He was still incredibly nervous, though. If anyone saw Todd in the act he would no doubt become the talk of the neighborhood and Todd was pretty sure they already talked about him plenty.
