About this ebook

Harrison Graham, the Duke of Fallbrook, has been given an order by the Queen. He must marry or forfeit his title. Desperate for a bride and not finding any in town to be suitable, Harrison comes up with an unusual way to follow the Queen’s order to secure his title. A visit to Miss Doreen’s Home for Girls, an orphanage many miles outside of town, gave Harrison just the woman he needed, even if she was a little rough around the edges.
Maggie was an orphan and never expected to be married to a Duke, let alone put over his knee to be punished like a naughty child. Maggie quickly learns to keep in line around Harrison and out of his sight, but when she starts to fall in love with him, she is determined to make him love her.

I am a graduate student with very little time and too many stories in my head. I have yet to learn good time management skills and am always being scolded by professors and classmates for my consistent tardiness. I try my best and even I have wondered how I've made it this far in my studies, but I have a big heart and good intentions. I began writing stories on DD to express my desires that I could not say out loud. I also used it as a means of working through issues in my life by placing characters in the same dilemmas that I was going through. I mainly write erotica fiction on domestic discipline, spanking, and BDSM. I chose to publish my books so I could share my stories with those who share the same interests as me. I have received the most wonderful compliments from readers that I will always cherish. I have also received comments and e-mails that are cruel and negative. I learned long ago to ignore these comments. Life is too short for negativity, is it not? I am very grateful for the kind words I receive from my readers. I will never forget those that have sent an encouraging word and I will always be thankful for their positive words as I stumble along my journey into writing. I am grateful that I have the freedom to share my stories.

    Chapter One

Miss Doreen’s Home for Girls was not the only orphanage in town but it was the only one that was willing to bend the rules and cater to Harrison Graham’s request. There was little that was not within his reach, as Duke of Fallbridge, Harrison was rarely denied what he desired, but this request was far too peculiar to be shared with polite society. Harrison had traveled for days to reach the orphanage, a necessity when dealing with such a delicate matter.

Harrison stood in Miss Doreen’s office, staring down the homely older woman who wore too much rouge and, as far as he could tell, used far too little soap. But he was desperate and would cater to the woman’s demands. He had traveled too far to turn back now. He would not leave this orphanage alone. Miss Doreen was
