The exceptional opportunity to  APPLY BOTH GEOMETRICAL-MATHEMATICAL  AND PHYSICAL-MATHEMATICAL  AS WELL  AS NUMEROLOGICAL INDUCTIVE METHODS TO HISTORICAL-CHRONOLOGICAL SEQUENCES OF EVENTS ( CONSTANTLY AVOIDING , HOWEVER , ANY POSSIBLE FORMS OF SUBJECTIVE SPECULATION OR IDEOLOGICAL INTERPRETATION ON THE AUTHOR'S PART ) will very probably open the way to a comprehensive as well as objectively impartial analysis of the most important ( and dramatic ) TURNING POINTS WHICH MARKED THE PAST, WITH A VIEW TO ASSESSING WHAT  WORLD HISTORY MAY BE MOVING TOWARDS IN THE FUTURE  ( although such a prerogative is traditionally expected to fall within the range of divinely inspired, prophetical predictions ) .

NOTICE :  Solar years ( or Earth's revolutions around the Sun ) have undeniably proved to be the most suitable astronomic units for computing mankind's historical events and periods .

In PART II the author ( whose intellect is humanly limited and, moreover, not brilliant at all ) will stubbornly try to mathematically guess ( if possible and reasonable ) at  SOMETHING NEW , POSSIBLY RELATED TO THE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF WORLD HISTORY : for this reason  PART II is to be based on sequences of historical-numerological data patiently collected, selected and systematized by Dr. Prof. Tambara Federico.

In the case that Dr. Prof. Tambara Federico's double Essay attached herewith should really meet success, in such a case it might become less difficult, for well-trained minds, to mathematically decrypt past events ( along with their historical dynamics ) at deeper levels than ever before, with a view to mathematically predicting the possible ( at present still unknown or enigmatic ) development of world history in the future, without being obliged to limit one's horizons of research activity to ( more or less hypothetical, although sensible and real-like ) merely futurological predictions about Mankind's destiny.
