This scientific-philosophical Essay by Dr. Prof. Tambara Federico is aimed, first of all, at systematically "decoding" the basic structure of physical reality as a whole: a secret structure which is a four-dimensionally oriented, as well as dialectically binary one ( as the author will humbly try to prove in both physical-mathematical, geometrical-mathematical and logical-philosophical terms, by making detailed references to several interdisciplinary scientific domains ) .

In this way it will become possible to gradually unify the infinitesimally micrometric quantum levels of our Universe not only with the microcosmic ones, but also with the microscopic, the macroscopic, and finally the macro-cosmic ones: all this from the viewpoint of a new THEORY OF EVERYTHING ( T.O.E. ) , which is expected to disclose wider and wider horizons for both Theoretical and Applied Sciences.
