Predestination Paradox of Life: Understanding the Concept of God and the Purpose of Life
()
About this ebook
can anyone doubt there must be a designer:- God. There is nothing
manufactured without purpose. God claims responsibility for all
creation, and has a purpose and predetermined plan for all. Nothing
happens on Earth without the permissive will of God.
None of us chose to be born. God decided who should be born, where
and how long one can live, at the end of which is judgment. The
mysteries of life are resolved through a personal relationship with
Jesus Christ, the only prescribed way. Avoid religion, a man-made
deception agent.
Dr. Benjamin Dadebo
Dr. Ben Dadebo is a Lay Minister in charge of Lighthouse Chapel International, Rochdale, Lancashire, UK. He owes a lot of gratitude to the opportunity provided by Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, the Founder of Lighthouse Chapel International, to respond to the call of God upon his life. Though a trained medical practitioner, Dr. Ben’s passion is to fulfil his purpose in life, and hence to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. Practising as a Specialty Doctor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Lancashire Women and Newborn Centre, Burnley Dr. Ben had the privilege to work as a Clinical Research Fellow at the Assisted Conception Unit at St. James University Hospital, Leeds, from 2005-2008. During this period Dr. Ben started receiving profound truth about medical science based on the Holy Scriptures. Dr. Ben also holds a master’s degree in Sports Medicine (Nottingham University). Having completed a PhD in Exercise Physiology (Manchester Metropolitan University) in a field that combined Gynaecology and Exercise Physiology (Vascular Aspects of Oestrogen), Dr. Ben has by the grace and mercies of God acquired an in-depth knowledge about oestrogen and its ubiquitous nature and a deep understanding of God’s wisdom in relation to how the human body functions. By the grace of God, revelatory knowledge received through the study of the Bible with medical science application explains the emergence of this book, the very first of a series to come. Stay blessed and enjoy this book.

Dedication
This book is dedicated to Bishop Dag Heward-Mills and the Healing Jesus Crusade. I feel this book has only been possible through the sonship bestowed upon me by Bishop Dag, helping me through his teachings to realise my potential. I believe this is something the Lord had ordained for my life, but was only achievable through receiving Bishop Dag Heward-Mills as a spiritual father. I feel honoured to be part of the great work God has used him to do with Lighthouse Chapel International.

Foreword
Dr. Ben Dadebo’s invitation to me to write a foreword to his book gives me enormous spiritual satisfaction.
First, this book from a medical practitioner and a Lay Minister in charge of Lighthouse Chapel International, Rochdale, Lancashire, UK, is long overdue. The mysteries he reveals explain why circumstances must not mystify us as they release God’s blessings into our life.
Second, this book is a testimony that God continues to call even those who understand the life sciences and who have deep insight into the workings of life which He fashioned when He first made Adam from earth and Eve from the living man. The book lays bare a number of mysteries thus calling on us all, especially scientists, to acknowledge the creative power of God in its most infinite weavings, and Christians to deepen their knowledge and understanding.
Third, this book is a testimony that God continues to inspire knowledge in His children for the perfection of the saints. Indeed as Dr. Dadebo makes clear, the fundamental fact concerning all life is that everything that happens only does with the permissive will of God; sometimes it is a mystery to us. He gives topical examples that touch the origin of life, the concept of God, and the identity of Jesus. He emphasised why the identity of Jesus had to be mystified. He then contrasts the medical and Scriptural perspectives of the origin of life, which the Bible says is in the Son of God—in Him was life and the life was the Light of men. Dr. Dadebo then goes on to look at other mysteries, including time. It is with joy that I welcome a work that many great people from his background may not write.
I am so grateful to the Almighty God for opening Ben’s eyes to understand these mysteries, granting him the grace to write, and for his life. May this attempt at setting out the understanding the Lord has given him of these mysteries of life bring hope and transformation to the lives of all who increase their understanding through knowledge of the mysteries. I am so happy with this refreshing book. I urge you to get a copy.

Preface
One great fundamental fact about life on Earth is that nothing happens on Earth that is outside the permissive will of God. There are many legitimate questions about the mysteries of life on Earth. Many have battled so much with life and have concluded that these mysteries of life don’t seem to fit into a world created by a supreme being who is supposed to be all powerful, all knowing, and loving. Man finds it difficult to reconcile the existence of God and the mysteries of life.
Certainly if we understand God through the knowledge that bestows freedom, the mysteries of life will be easy to understand.
A typical question we ask is, Why would a good, omnipotent, omniscient, and loving God allow natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and cyclones to take so much life?
These disasters kill thousands. A recent earthquake in China killed over 30,000 people. Another on December 26, 2004, triggered a series of devastating tsunamis in the Indian Ocean, killing nearly 230,000 people in eleven countries.
There seems to be an apparent lack of fairness in the distribution of wealth: there is extreme poverty in certain parts of the world compared to the superfluous and extravagant lifestyles seen elsewhere. Whilst the developed world has enough food and a lot to spare, with so much food going to waste, there is a contrasting picture of extreme lack in other parts of the world. Nevertheless we are supposed to believe that one powerful and fair God made the whole creation.
Christians are commanded to teach others about the Gospel of Jesus throughout the world. In their attempt to spread the message, they are mocked at and persecuted, and struggle to make an obvious impact in the eyes of the world. Sometimes the seed
sown many years back (the people we spoke to earlier) converts later on in life. One may ask the question: But why doesn’t God convert everyone we talk to about Christ to respond positively and instantly? Is He not the same person who gave the command?
I have personally professed Jesus to depressed people struggling to understand the crises they find themselves in. Some are unable to come to terms with the very message of the Gospel that can give them peace and joy. It is difficult to understand why people are happy to try everything else in life except Jesus. Some say, It is not for me,
and often I reply, Never make such a comment again in your life!
Even though God has delegated authority, nothing can be done outside what God permits. Only God determines when a soul should be won. Indeed, without understanding the purpose for our creation, life will be meaningless.
Nobody really understands this world, despite all our scientific advances, and we can’t really justify every single decision we have ever made. So why won’t people simply open up and even consider the Gospel of Jesus first and then decide? Is the failure to get people to believe in the Gospel the result of the style of presentation? Or is it just that we target the wrong people? Amazingly, not even the best evangelists have ever achieved a 100 percent success in evangelism in terms of souls won. Indeed the Bible makes it clear that no one can come to God except the Father Himself draws him. Are some people destined never to believe? Possibly so, considering the wheat and tares story in Matthew 13. There is a mystery there too.
One would have thought that if one becomes a Christian, then life would become less mysterious. On the contrary, there are more mysteries in the Christian life than even in the life of the unbeliever. To some unbelievers, life is like a game of chance, full of panic attacks, without hope in any supreme being who is able to deliver. All these frustrations about life and Christianity make people vulnerable to become victims of various religions, which deceptively claim to have solutions to man’s problems. The danger is that many people get deceived and risk eternal peril. It is therefore important for people to understand that the world we live in has been pre-planned. Make no mistake about it. Your life is predestined.
The Bible makes it clear that God determines where every individual should be born and live. If that is true, then these mysteries simply tell one message: we need to understand what God does and why.

Chapter 1
Introduction
The mysteries of life bring to mind many unanswered questions. Man’s search for answers appears to be continually elusive as more and more mysteries continue to unfold. As man seems to be making headway in certain areas, life becomes more and more complicated without any hope of answers. Technology has fast developed over the last few decades such that people who lived in the earlier decades of the 1900s would find it difficult to imagine the kind of development that has actually taken place on Earth. Satellite technology has turned the world into a small global village, something that was unimaginable not too long ago.
When you carefully consider the time span for such discoveries in relation to the total period of human existence on planet Earth, it might seem as if today’s human beings are more knowledgeable, intelligent, and have demonstrated more ingenuity compared to men of old. In the last fifty years, there has been more technological advancement than has ever been in the history of the Earth. The timing of such developments is definitely not without significance. If development was due to man becoming more intelligent, these changes should be gradual and systematically progressive over the years. Thus the sudden explosion of wisdom and knowledge and creativity seems rather unnatural.
If the theory of evolution was true, we should expect such development to occur over a few millions of years. One can easily argue in favour of the theory of evolution, in that the occurrence of one single discovery could set up a chain reaction of multiple inventions. However the question is, what prevented the first discovery in the first place?
The Bible was written long before most of the technological advancement we see on Earth came into being. Note that the Bible was completely written before the end of the first century. In fact, the first book of the Old Testament (Genesis) was written between 1450 and 1410 BC, whilst the last book (Malachi) was written in 430 BC. Also the first book of the New Testament (Matthew) was written between 60-65 AD, whilst Revelation, the very last book, was written in 95 AD.
Interestingly, in the Book of Daniel Chapter 12, the Bible documents a time in human history when there will be an explosion of knowledge. Could this be coincidence? I don’t think so. Rather this is evidence that the Author of the Bible must have some insight into the timetable of human existence on planet Earth, and thus the Bible must be the authentic Word of God, the Creator of all things. If that is the case, then there must be a reason why the time course of the technological advancement of the human has not been a linear progression, but so skewed.
Dear reader, is it not amazing how the theory of evolution cannot explain the exponential increase in knowledge at this time in the history of mankind, yet the Bible predicts it? Not only does the Bible predict the increase, but it also provides clear reasons why it should happen.
We live in a world where a major disaster is imminent. In fact, it should not take rocket science to realise that the Earth seems to be heading to a major disaster, with signs from global warming, global economic slow down, and the threat of nuclear warfare. If such a book written before the first century refers to the period of exponential increase in knowledge as the last days, what else has the Bible said about the last days, and what is the fate of mankind? As rational human beings, clever as we think we are, should we not be interested in what else the Bible
