    Dedication

I dedicate this book to a host of family members and friends. You have been over the years a continued source of true encouragement and inspiration.

I would also like to thank my mother, who first introduced me to the love and tender mercy of a creative, eternal God—the great I Am who, even before the very foundations of the world were formed, created a redemptive plan to save a lost sinner like me. Thanks, Mama. Love always.

    Acknowledgments

I’m also very grateful to various family members, friends, and coworkers who, over the years, have inspired me. You have been a priceless source of encouragement and a valued resource for positive, constructive feedback. I cannot think of the words that could accurately describe how grateful I am for all of you. You will realize just how much each of you has contributed to the enrichment of my life. Thank you, with love always, to each and every one of you.

Accept the great I Am, who—before the beginning of time and before the foundations of the world were formed—created a plan of redemption to save lost sinners like you and me. This plan included the birth and ministry of Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son. It was Jesus who suffered a cruel and heinous death on a cross. Jesus spent a three-day stay in a tomb, and descended into hades. Jesus, was finally raised in victory over death now claims all power and soul possessor of the keys to everlasting life. When Jesus rose from His grave and physically defeated Satan, he took the keys of death, hades, and the grave from that old dragon, the Devil.

If you don’t know Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and would like to become a child of the only true God, who can grant eternal life or sentence your soul to eternal destruction, then say the following aloud:

Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. Lord, forgive me of
