Too, Chanelle Brimmer was selected as the National Guest Speaker at The National Corrections Institution Association in Cincinnati, Ohio where she spoke about Effective Leadership and Employee Motivation in a Correctional Setting. Further, at 28, she has interviewed over one thousand individuals, trained a few hundreds more and placed too many to count into their careers. She has inspired many audiences for 11 years. She has a UCLA Bachelors Degree in Sociology and received a Masters Degree in Conflict Resolution, Negotiations and Peace Building from Cal State Dominquez Hills. Currently, she is the Director of Career Services at InterCoast Training Institute in Carson, Ca with an employment placement rate of 93%, which includes individuals with criminal backgrounds, low-income and social limitations. In short, she uses both her professional and life experience to train leaders in the art of professional development and how that translates into real bottom line results. In addition, she specializes on the skills essential for success in the business world including leadership mastery, employment ethics, professionalism and personal cultivation. She trains and educates leaders to develop a competitive edge despite their economic and social limitations. She is training people in the community to be the New Age Professional Leader. The New Age Professional Leader is informed of sacred knowledge that propels inner-luminosity and employment intelligence. Her trainings and workshops teach the fundamentals of internal conflict which has the propensity to disturb interpersonal relationships that inhibits social mobilization and employment growth.
