Jeremiah 1:4-10 (KJV)
4 Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
6 Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.
7 But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.
8 Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.
9 Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.
10 See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.

Preface
For years, I lived a life lacking revelation of who I really was and what was required of me. Because I had no convictions of my own, I was forced to accept whatever was presented to me. I allowed people to package me however they saw fit. My definition of self was consistent with their definition of me. I was in bondage to people’s opinion of me and enslaved to the lies they would tell me.
My quest for self-discovery haunted me for many years. Now that I have discovered the truth that governs the questions that I had, I am motivated to share my findings in this book. The pages provide meaningful answers to hard questions and offer life-changing truths.
The questions of my youth lingered for years and accompanied me to a place where self-discovery challenged me to free myself from mental slavery. I was familiar with who I was, but it was not until I understood the essence of who I was, before I was born, that I got to know the real me. We will never find the truth about our existence until we discover the truth about our pre-natal assignment.
We will never find the truth about our
existence until we discover the truth about
our pre-natal assignment.
In an effort to cope, many have settled for the easy and mundane course that keeps them in a place of comfort, which requires very little of them and keeps them bound in mediocrity. The abundant life demands faith to seek and discover, courage to ascend into heights of unknown regions, and determination to seek after truth that liberates and releases self from any form of bondage.
The key to living the abundant life is to obtain knowledge, understanding, and wisdom. We need knowledge that is designed to teach us who we are from God’s perspective. Without this form of knowledge, we become like a reed in a desert land without any source of nourishment that is conducive to growth and development. The Bible says, My people perish for a lack of knowledge.
(Hosea 4:6)
We need understanding so that we can tap into purpose. Knowledge provides the what
and understanding gives us the why.
Wisdom reveals the how
and it teaches us how to apply what we know.
Proverbs 4:5-8 (KJV)
