A Brighter Discontent

About this ebook
I have on sunless days,
When the questions pile up
And rainbows bathe in grays . . .
On a journey through memories, dreams, and wonderings, Anna Kristina Schultz leaves a trail of poetic thought that celebrates and questions the existence of normalcy. Using a variety of poetic styles and techniques, her honest and unique perspective awakens you to see and not just look, to hear and not just listen, to know and not just assume . . .
In amassing dissonance,
I write from rhyme to rhyme,
As the poetry falls
Through the cracks of time.

To Kathleen & Karilyn
Your lives are inspiring and your futures brilliant.
Behold, I will do something new,
Now it will spring forth;
Will you not be aware of it?
I will even make a roadway in the wilderness,
Rivers in the desert.
Isaiah 43:19 (NASB)
Thank you
To my Saviour King, for stirring my soul and giving me eyes to see the cracks and edges, the stitches and vapours…
To you, my dear family and friends, thank you for your constant support, enduring love, and uplifting presence in my life. May the blessings of God trail behind you and go before you…
Wherever you find yourself as you read these pages, may you live in a light that is brighter and a place colored with wonder…
