About this ebook
I knew Granny as Granny, and I am sure that I didn't learn her last name until I was much older. To me her name could have been Granny, No Middle Initial, Granny, because to us it was about the way she made us feel, and how we felt about her, and the name Granny was all we needed to know. My grand kids call me Grandma, and for the longest time, that was my first and last name to them, and I didn't mind at all.

Acknowledgments
I have always dreamed big, and I believe that what will be, will be.
But, I make sure that I have done all that I can do to make sure that whatever will be, will be beneficial to me. I thank God for my Husband, for he has always been a supporter of my dreams. It has been my lifelong dream to write a book, and with the help of his editing skills we have accomplished another one of my dreams. Our families have always supported us, and we are eternally grateful for their love and support. I thank our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is through him that we receive all of our blessings.
Prologue
When my Husband and I became Grandparents, we were surprised at the uncontrollable, and endless
flow of love and affection we felt for our Grandkids. It was a feeling that seemed to equal, or surpass the feelings we had for our children when they were growing up (sorry kids). But we soon found that while the love seemed to be as equal, expressing it was different. Before we became grandparents, we often saw other grandparents with their grandkids, and wondered what all the fuss was about. Well, we have six, and now understand that once grandkids arrive there is this overpowering invisible connection that develops. It was a connection that my Maternal Grandmother had (I never knew my Paternal Grandmother). I believe that my Grandmother (Granny as she was called) was the litmus test, the gold standard for all Grandmothers. She showered all of her grandkids with unconditional love, and made each of us feel as if we were the most important person in the world. When my family visited our Maternal Grandparents, and my
