About this ebook

Rose Petals

Rose petals envy your silky soft lips,
They taste just like wine,
Though far sweeter to kiss.
And all the worlds lilies
Would long for your skin,
Yet not one flower created
Could match your beauty within

    Shallow thoughts

    Chapter 1

    Love

Have You Seen This Woman Yet?

Have you seen this woman yet?

The one with style and grace,

Uniquely unavoidable, perfect in leather or lace.

Have you seen the way she moves?

She doesn’t walk she stalks the room.

Severely in control, simply dangerous I’d say.

Have you met this woman yet?

She has a fragrance you won’t forget,

And like a rose you’ll stay to smell her sweet perfume.

Even when she’s left the room.

If you meet this woman then, say hello for me,

But shield your heart or she’ll steal it away Just like she’s done to me.

The First Time That I Saw You

The first time that I saw you,

    I was filled with disbelief,

For I thought you were an angel,

As you glided down the street.

And I can’t believe you did that to me.

And the first time that you ever said my name,

    I was captured, held entranced,

And this is quite hard to explain,

But all I wanted was to hear you say

    My name again.

And when you lay down by my side

I swear to God I thought I’d died,

    And I knew then,

That I would never lie alone in bed again.

And when we pressed our lips in time,

I knew then that you’d be mine,

And we would be together for all eternity.

I still can’t believe you did that to me.

    Rat-A-Tat Tat

Rat-a-tat tat roars the concrete jack,

But still all I hear is you say,

Darling, I think I’m in love with you,

And asking me if I feel the same way.

    Oomff, POW, crack,

    Goes the sledge hammers whack,

As I remember the words that I said.

"Sweetheart I know I’m in love with you,

From now till the day that I’m dead".

    The dust how it flies,

How it clouds up the skies,

    So
