Lost Loves
To: Johnny & Cindy
Love is fragile, in many ways.
Sometimes we hurt the ones
we love, without saying a thing.
When we’re young, our first love
is always special. We hold memories
of our first kiss, deep in our hearts.
Hearts and memories, loves and kisses,
of when we were together, and one day
tore apart. Meeting back together, after
years apart, i wonder if the love is still
there, or have we really grew apart.
I know for sure, when he hears her voice,
he will brighten up like a Christmas tree,
and a little boy on Christmas morning.
"
IT HURTS"
Mommy,it hurts so much,I wish there
was a way, to make him stop. Mommy
why are you letting him hurt me so bad.
Mommy, the bruises on my neck, they hurt
when you touch them.Mommy, please
stop him, the cigarettes hurts when he
burns me. Mommy, why won’t you feed
me,I am so hungry, please just give me
milk. I pray at night, mommy that he will
quit hurting me. My prayer worked, mommy.
Their taking me away, to a safe place.
Now, mommy no one will hurt me anymore.
The Rose
A rose comes in many colors, a rose
can mean many different things.
There are different kinds of roses,
silk, paper, clay and real roses. But
there is one that stays beautiful all
year round, there a rose in this world,
called a friendship rose. Made in a picture
by a special person, this rose is always pretty.
No matter how its presented it’s still a
beautiful ROSE just like the one who
gave it to me. A single picture can mean
the world to you. It can recall all kinds
of things, mostly a special friendship,
filled with love, caring, and most of
all joy in knowing your a true friend.
To.: Lois Thompson the rose you are,
truly are…
I’D WALK A MILE
To: Jack Downs
I’d walk a mile for a friend like you.
When I see you smile, it makes me happy.
I’d walk a mile if I knew you were in need.
No matter what it may be, I would try to be
there for you. I’d walk a mile if you called
and said help,
