Welcome to Just the WORD Bible study guides.

This Bible study guide is designed so that no additional resource other than the Bible is needed. Any translation of the Bible may be used. If, however, you have difficulty understanding a particular verse or passage, you may find that reading and comparing that verse or passage in several different translations will bring clarity. Just the WORD Bible study guides are developed using a question format to lead you through all the verses containing the word under focus. You will notice that verses from the Old Testament generally describe physical examples of that word. The New Testament verses then build on those concepts to highlight their spiritual meaning. You will also notice that most topics have requirements and rewards associated with them. Most importantly, each word study is an encounter with a specific facet of the character of God and His Son, Jesus Christ.
