I will let you know when we have an offer on the house,
said Alan. No, thank you for trusting DCK Realty with selling your home. All right, goodbye and have a great day!
Alan hung up the receiver of his office phone and swiveled his chair towards his computer screen. He logged into his computer terminal and opened his email.
The client had just sent pictures of his lovely little one-story bungalow for Alan to post onto the company’s website.
Alan hadn’t been with the D.C.K very long and if he continued to not make sales, he wouldn’t be with the company much longer. Despite Alan’s natural charm and likability, he just couldn’t close a sale. It didn’t matter the type of house he just couldn’t close.
Alan’s boss Mr. Ritchie was giving Alan one more try at a sale. He told Alan that if he couldn’t sell Mr. Peters’ bungalow then he would have to let him go.
Alan took his time posting the pictures Mr. Peters’ had sent of his empty home.
