One thing you can start immediately on is to fix your risk factors. This means lowering your risk for heart disease and improving your circulation with a healthier lifestyle. You can't fix your genetics but improving your overall level of health is something most of us don't realize just how much we can benefit from. Many men see results from doing this alone.
I encourage you to do more of your own research. I can only talk from my personal findings and about what has worked for me. Since sexual issues are very personal, and often unique to the situation, I encourage you to keep an open mind when it comes to any suggestions and give them a try. Because sexual dysfunction is just another aspect of your health, meaning that things can go wrong sometimes. Just like getting a cold you're most likely to get over it unless it's linked to a more serious underlying cause.
Thank you for reading this book. Hopefully, you've learned more about the biggest sexual health problems men are afflicted by as they get older and found some solutions. In no way do I claim to be an expert, and I'm sure there are plenty of other treatments out there so my main advice if you're suffering from one of these three is to stop being embarrassed and go see a doctor. Introduction
The penis. It's like a coworker that you're permanently stuck with and only sometimes does it listen to you. At some point in their lives most men deal with sexual dysfunction yet few seek treatment. As someone who has dealt with those issues I can tell you – I've been there.
I first started experiencing ED in my late 30s. I was a smoker, a few pounds’ overweight, but as a generally active person the last thing I expected was to be with my 20-something girlfriend and well you can imagine. I was more than embarrassed. In fact, despite her being very nonchalant and reassuring I was suddenly wondering about everything from getting old, heart conditions, and whether or not this was the end of my sexual escapades.
Most of us think that's only what happens to old men
those who are past their prime anyway and who won't really miss it but I can tell you it will hit you, out of the blue, and you won't believe that you're anywhere near old enough.
I'm not just going to cover ED; I'm going to touch on the three most common problems men experience when it comes to their sexual health. Libido, ED and premature ejaculation are so common that even if we're embarrassed to admit it I'll tell you that almost all men have experienced one of those three in their lifetime. If they tell you anything else, then I'll show you a liar.
You can't afford to be scared or embarrassed of this problem because time is literally against you and the longer it goes the less chance there is of fixing it in some cases. Even if it's only happened once you're fooling yourself if you think it will never happen again. You need the information I'm going to tell you because you don't want to be that guy with his partner apologizing profusely for something you could have fixed before now. You don't want to be the one wondering if this is your last roll in the hay.
