In the summer of 2009, the First Lady of Starlight Church of God in Christ, District Missionary Josie Lindsey envisioned the blooms. God told her to plant seeds of two dollar bills in the Women’s Ministry. Before the seed was planted in our hands, God planted an idea in Sister Lindsey’s mind. He allowed her to see the blooms.
