The major goal and purpose I had for writing this book is to illuminate the reader’s path through life in the same way a torch would light the way in the darkness of the night. God’s presence inside of you is stronger than God’s presence outside of you. Even so, he illustrates his eternal presence masterfully—through the Universe, mankind, nature, and all things that are created.

Parables employ a visible world that leads us to understand the invisible principles of the Universe. They are designed to reveal truth and wisdom only to those who sincerely wish to know them, and to hide the same from unscrupulous men whose hearts and minds are perverse. Parables appeal not only to the intellect, but also to mankind’s imagination and emotions. They not only communicate information—the transfer of a dead sum of facts or theories from one mind to another—but also open living fountains within the heart. Parables contain a deep truth or a secret that you may not understand upon first hearing it, but because of its deep meaning, its seed is planted in your mind where it can take root. As time passes, you will begin to discover, little by little, the parable’s true and precious meaning. Its images incorporate a narrative that responds truthfully to mankind’s real-life experiences and actions. The words of the parable, laid up in the memory, are like the currency of another country—unavailable for total redemption for present use, the value of which is only dimly apparent though available for use in the future, when they reach that kingdom they will be able to redeem and use it. The Parable of Paladín will take you to the next dimension; his contemporary adventures are relevant and connected with your own life because every human heart and mind contains similar desires—those of attaining success or fear of defeat—and our desires are far more motivating than our needs. You must posses a true desire, and then see whether you are willing to invest your time and money toward satisfying that desire, which will reveal to you what you really want.

What you really respect, you ultimately attract. You need to learn to put purpose into your time to make it productive or fruitful, and then you will be satisfied.

The financial crisis we are now experiencing has been caused by human beings brutal violations of the laws of the Universe, the present-day business of human life that produces distress and waste, as well as human institutions and their governments. It has swiftly left the majority of the population in poverty through speculation, overproduction, and ultimately … greed.

Adolf Hitler said, The biggest fortune any government has is that the people do not think for themselves, nor do they learn to.

These are times where everything we own is losing value; our homes, cars, and other possessions are devaluated. There is no work for the unemployed, so most people have more time on their hands even though they know not what to do with it because they are so used to being in a rush, constantly running around. Progress in science and technology does not resolve these problems; it does not return value to anything that is tangible or already exists, such as property or material possessions.

In this dark hour, when the air is loaded with empty triviality, stubborn arguments, and lies made by false and unscrupulous men, there is only one thing in life that is sure: change. People change, fashion changes, pop culture changes, technology changes, governments change, and seasons change. That is why it is so important to be able to adapt—to be flexible and open to discovery and to recognize when it is time to let go of the senseless old ways and make room for what is real and eternal.

The present—this moment, now—is the only thing that exists. Stop and reflect for a moment. Do you know that you have lived all your life to reach this moment? Reveal the gift of the present with great expectations. When I awaken your imagination, you will discover something fantastic. I hope you enjoy your experience. Prepare yourself to travel through time—through eras, across centuries, and even through eternity.

Over the years I have observed that life itself has different levels and laws or fundamental principles that are permanent for eternity. When you discover them, they will radically change the direction of your life. You can have a better life forever—right now.

Individual people—and the conglomerate mentality of the masses—generally live within a narrow mental framework that does not permit them to see beyond their own circumstances, and they allow others to impose limits and barriers upon themselves as well.

Paladín refuses to be confined by the false concepts of religion, politics, philosophy, civilization, and all the limits imposed by man through the ages and today in the beginning of the twenty-first century.

Do you want to know why I wrote this book? It is very simple: to expand your horizon. Teaching others and sharing what you know is one of the laws of the Universe. Sharing is the principle of multiplication; it enriches you, and most importantly, you don’t have to enjoy anything alone. The moment you share something in your life, you discover the first secret: the seed, time, and harvest. When you sow a seed, you will always have a harvest. Ignorance attracts poverty in the same way that knowledge attracts abundance. When you teach something, you begin the actual process of learning, and then you can become an expert in the subject. Your attitude will take control and predict every event in your life. Whatever you know and believe condition and determine what you will receive. I want to create access for you to begin the best Era of your life; I want to build a golden bridge so that you will have success in everything you do. That is why I wrote this book.
