In my life, I have had to overcome some very difficult personal obstacles, including a difficult and painful divorce. I have had to learn to face my fears, and stand up for myself, so I could become the person my Creator intends me to be. From these experiences, and a profound interest in self esteem, I have written a guideline to the simple steps of finding your own self esteem.
