About this ebook

Buried deep under USSTRATCOM Headquarters and behind double doors identified with the warning “Lethal Force Authorized” sits a laboratory that will determine Earth’s fate. Top secret and unknown even to most members of Congress, the laboratory supports a highly classified experiment—Force Deliver. Its purpose is to deliver individual objects (such as an incendiary device) or an individual man or woman (assassin) in close proximity to the enemy without detection.

An African American priest, Father David, is a member of a two thousand year old organization identified as The Soul Redeemers. He is called out of retirement to investigate Force Deliver. To accomplish his mission, he must travel from Catoosa, Oklahoma, through New Orleans, and finally to the top secret laboratory located at USSTRATCOM Headquarters, Offutt Air Force Base (OAFB) in Bellevue, Nebraska. During his trek to OAFB, Father David combats the Tall Man in the Hat.

The Tall Man in the Hat is a demon thousands of years old. His purpose is to convince others to sell their soul for lusty pleasures. As part of The Soul Redeemers organization, Father David attempts to buy back those souls who have rejected the love of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. During his trek to OAFB, Father David and the Tall Man in the Hat renew their battle between good and evil.

In an attempt to stop Force Deliver experiments, Father David teams with three scientists to infiltrate the underground laboratory located at OAFB. They discover that Force Deliver has unintentionally opened a dimensional portal to hell itself and is being exploited by the Tall Man in the Hat.

Complicating Father David’s mission is the interpersonal relationship among the three scientists: Dominique Cortez, a hot-tempered Spaniard has for several years warned others of the danger that Force Deliver embodies. Pam Torrid, an African American, finds herself falling in love with the remaining scientist of the three—William Thorne.

William Thorne, a Caucasian, is a tormented man unable to handle the accidental death of his wife. Increasingly realizing that his feelings for Pam are growing, he struggles with the guilt of loving someone other than his dead wife.

Father David and the three scientists join to fight against an ambitious Air Force Officer and U.S. Senator who serve the Tall Man in the Hat. Eventually, all combatants meet at the underground laboratory. The winner of this conflict will determine Earth’s future.
