About this ebook
Since 1985, over 500 overweight teenagers have come to Camp Wašíču, looking to lose weight, gain self-confidence, and turn their lives around.
Phillip McCracken arrives, weighing in at almost 400 pounds, but the baggage he carries from the past affects him much more deeply than the numbers of the scale.
When a homicidal maniac hell-bent on revenge attacks, Phillip will be forced to either find the courage to save the people around him or fall victim to his own self-doubt... and possibly a machete.
Filled with allusions to the Slasher films of yesteryear, Fat Camp delivers horror, humor, and a little slice of nostalgia for anyone who grew up even slightly afraid of the dark.

PRO
Real friendship
Fun to read (especially when talking about people struggle with everyday fat issues)
Summer Camp (always a plus)
Deaths are quick but good (i personally love that)
Fast Paced
NO boring section
Bullies Hierarchy (even for cheerleaders!)
Nicole-Seth love
CONS
First person Or Third person?! The structure is not clear. The writer use both of them and doesn’t work too well
NOBODY scream! In one scene the killer killed multiple kids and STILL nobody scream (and, of course, nobody hear anything)
The Main character have Such a sudden change
Too easy to get who the Killer is
If a 400 pound guy has diabetes and high cholesterol … the same guy at 300 has stil diabetes and high cholesterol
But my FIRST and BIGGEST CONS is:
The cheerleader literally throwing herself into the hands of a 400 pound guy.
Maybe they know each other for years? Nope
Maybe she was in a special moment of her life and he helped her?! Nope
Maybe she is just goofing around him?! Nope
Maybe He is a sexy-confident guy?! Not at all
AH! He saved her! Nope… i mean, yes but she was all over him BEFORE the main character changed.
Sorry I CAN’T buy it
FINAL VOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL READERS **1/2
