Prologue
They say the best things in life are free. However I, child of the soil, have always found it difficult to relate…
Sad Reality
Chapter one
It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and there I was just sitting on a pavement on Mpofu Street. Its one of the famous streets in Joburg, Gauteng. It was always good, and I say it again, to just chill alone watching different people passing by.
Sometimes such moments could be depressing but I hardly took notice of its effects. If I survived my entire life without knowing my parents, I could surely survive anything.
As I was sitting on the pavement, I could not help but recall the pain of growing up on the streets. There were times during those cold days when I regretted running away from the orphanage.

You would swear she had been eating honey since childhood, to possess such good looks. Her smile triggered all my nerves. When I first made eye contact with her, I was caught up in a lot of emotions, which kept rising as she slowly came closer to me. So many thoughts were running rapidly through my mind like a springbok being chased by a pack of hyenas. Before she could even greet, I had an assumption that she
