Cheers, my friend, tell me what's new!

Cheers! Well, you know that for years I've done all sorts of alternative experiments like food combining, water fasting, all sorts of cleanses, trying to keep this aging butt in shape. I've pretty much dedicated all my free time to learn about the soul, the mind, the ego, about karma, vibrations, energies, reincarnations, past lives, and then about the matrix, illuminati, history, economics, politics, power, government, and the scams and deception around us. And then about relationships, sex, entertainment, science, education, you name it. From all of this I finally came up with a simple system that could guide me and help me make my life easier and more beautiful. The truth is, you don't have to know all those sciences in detail. But what you need is some basic knowledge, and you have to make sure you have the right knowledge.

Sounds good, but how do you know if you have the right knowledge?

When you have the right knowledge, everything makes sense. It's like a puzzle, all the pieces have to come to their place. Then you can clearly see the big picture and you understand how the world turns. So here I am, at the age of fifty five, after spending the best years of my life in cluelessness, jumping from one mistake to another, finally being confident that I got it right. But looking at my kids, being in their twenties, and going through a lot of the same mistakes that I went through, I was wondering how to share my knowledge with them.

Why don't you just talk to them?

Of course we talk, but every time after we talk I realize that I have missed something and a lot of the stuff I say the kids perceive as preaching. Not just that, but because they are girls, some things are kind of awkward to discuss especially when it comes to sex and relationships.

I totally agree with you, it's not gonna sound nice telling them, Well, girls, when I do your mother..."

And it gets even worse if I talk about experiences I've had before their mother. Besides there is another thing, for the last few years I have been following the blog 30BaD, or 30 Bananas a Day.

Wow, that is a lot of bananas, what is that about?

It is about raw food, vegan lifestyle, it's mostly young people from all over the world sharing and discussing their health experiences and knowledge. I am really impressed by this bunch. If I only thought how clueless we were back in the 80's when we were that age, we knew literally nothing compared to what they know today. I check their discussions every day and in spite of the fact that I have been studying that stuff for years I still keep learning. Oh, and of course you don't have to eat 30 bananas in a day, it's an example for how many calories you need. A man usually requires about three thousand calories, which you can get from thirty bananas.

What I am wondering is what is it that I need more, bananas or viagra?

Both! The more bananas you eat, the less viagra you need, I can assure you. Even in your mid fifties.

Do you participate in the discussions?

No I don't. And the reason for that is I am not vegan according to the rules of the site. You see, before I thought if I didn't eat meat or dairy I was vegan, but no! Today internet is full of activists who tell you if you want to be vegan you can not have honey, you can not wear silk, wool or leather, you can not ride a horse, you name it. Not that I care about silk and, no, I don't ride and own a horse. But I don't like to be labeled and I don't want to be told what to do and what to eat, period. A girl once shared a story how she signed up for some vegan site, a few days later she found out her account was closed, because some other member discovered some of the girl's dark non vegan past. No kidding! But honestly I don't want to waste my breath on the vegan activists. Back to the point, as I said before, I have gathered knowledge, which I consider important for the young generation to know. Therefor I have decided to write a book and dedicate it to my children and all the young people on the planet!

Wow, are you serious, I have never seen you write anything, even an email.

Well, I know how to forward emails. And I have written a few short emails and a few text messages, thank you very much. Don't laugh at me! Writing has never been my thing, but for some reason recently I have been catching myself writing in my thoughts. For example, a whole chapter would go through my head while walking in the park. At a certain point I was like, I couldn't just think forever, I had to do something.

Are you going to write it in English, you know that is not your first language?

It's not my first language, but I'll make the best of it. I'll write it raw and honest. Look, I hope people would not criticize my language and my style, but rather focus on the message. Because I do believe I have a few things to say, which could be new to readers. You know how the vast majority of the books are focused on one subject. What I want to try is to present most of the things that we need to know all together, in order to achieve a better life, a better society and better relationships. I'll try to put as many of the pieces of the puzzle together as possible. I will not go into details much, but will give all the sources, if someone wants to delve deeper in the matter, they can do his research themselves.

The best way to start the book is to discuss the following question. Are we physical beings, having just one shot of a life and a really physical intelligence concentrated in the brain, or are we energetic beings with a soul spread in numerous dimensions, being temporarily in our physical bodies on that planet to learn and experience things we cannot experience in our usual energetic state? Of course our science totally supports the former one, but that is exactly what makes me suspicious and I am way more willing to support the latter. Have I told you how I discovered for myself that there was more than we could see?

I don't think so.

Remember growing up back in Bulgaria, behind the iron curtain? The communist-socialist education was firmly based on science, denouncing any spirituality or religion a relic from the past. I was a smart kid, good at math, and very convinced that we lived in a material world and we were material, and our thoughts were material, and everything in our lives was happening very randomly, and that it was pretty impossible to predict the future.

Well, well, well, don't forget that the only thing we could predict with certainty was the total victory of socialism and communism all over the world.

Ha, I am so sorry, how could I forget that! Anyways, we'll talk about that later. Back to the story... I was in my early teens when my firm belief in materialism was shaken. My mother had a friend, a psychic lady, called Marga, who came to visit us from time to time. If you had a cup of Turkish coffee, you know, the one you cook the water together with the grounded coffee, and as you finish drinking it, you would place the cup upside down on the saucer. The coffee grounds from the bottom would run on the side of the cup and form a whole network of figures. Marga would pick up your cup and start giving you a whole reading just by looking at the figures. She would see all kinds of letters, numbers, dates, animals, faces and symbols. Sometimes I would look at the cup later to try to see the things she saw there. I couldn't see much, but I have to say that Marga's accuracy was astounding. Sometimes my mother would bring home some coffee cups from her colleagues at work and while Marga was reading them, my mother would take notes to report back on the next day. And those were people Marga didn't know at all!

Tell me, what was your most memorable reading?

Oh, that must be the one that happened in the early 80's. Marga was reading my mother's cup, when she suddenly started talking about my father. According to her he was having some health problem in the intestinal area, but not to worry, in the summer he would be admitted in the hospital for two days and he would be alright. My father at that time was working abroad, more than two thousand kilometres away. As you well remember, there was no internet, no Skype. The international phone calls were bad quality and pretty expensive, so my parents wrote letters once or twice a month. The last letter from my father had come just a couple of days before and there was nothing about any health problem. But you shouldn't forget that it was taking two weeks for the mail to arrive, so when the next letter came ten days later, there it was! He was writing about some swelling in the abdominal area that he had from time to time, but nothing serious. In the summer, when he came back for his summer holidays, he was admitted to a hospital and stayed in for exactly two days. A mild form of hernia. You can't make this up! So there I was thinking, how was it possible for Marga to know that, was there a certain kind of common information field, that some people could connect to? Would we all be able to do that maybe one day? And of course with my scientific mind I was trying to come to a logical explanation, but the Probability theory was not much of a help in that case. There was no chance for her just to guess that randomly. And that was not the only time, I witnessed so many cases in those years, cases impossible to explain by logic or science. Was Marga different or special, you may ask? Yeah, she was kind and calm, speaking in a gentle, low pitch voice, and I am so grateful to her for bringing the exciting unknown in my life. Thanks to her I got interested in spirituality. But still in my 20's and 30's I didn't learn much. Life took me on a roller coaster of marriage, children, careers ups and downs, moving from country to country, a brutal hamster wheel of survival, until the year 2000, when I settled in Canada, and started reading and thinking, researching and analyzing, a process that hasn't stopped.

Okay Einstein, so, after two decades of reading and analyzing, what did you come up with? And cheers, by the way!

Cheers, man. This liquid definitely stimulates my genius thinking.

I know, luckily alcohol kills the excess of cells in our disproportionately overly developed brains. To be a genius is a heavy cross to carry.

Hahaha! Back to your question of what I came up with after so much research. The answer is that more than 95% of what we read in books today is untrue, wrapped in scientific form, backed by the credentials of award winning experts, gurus, scientists, researchers and journalists. It has become so hard to find a good book, written with integrity, where things just make sense. For example when I start reading a book, already on the second page I would begin to wonder if I should stop wasting my time, or keep on reading, hoping to find a little grain of good information. Of course you understand that I am not talking about novels. What I usually do is I quickly scan the book, which takes me about 20 minutes, and then decide what to do with it. And let's not forget all the sites and blogs on internet, some of them completely contradicting each other. That is why it has taken me so long to get a picture of what is going on with our souls up in the heavens and on Earth. There are so many books on that matter and so many different views, as nobody has actually been up there in physical form. Some people who have had experienced clinical death have gotten a glimpse. Can I trust them I don't know. The rest of the information comes from people who do channeling, which is also not quite credible, since you never know who sends the message and if the message is correctly interpreted. But anyways, the general story goes something like this... Shortly after you kick the can you wake up feeling normal, it takes some time to realize that something is different. You can see your body from above, the whole room, you also see and hear what is happening in the neighbouring rooms, people talking, but somehow nobody can see you or hear you. I guess that is the moment you understand that you are dead.

Or to be more accurate, that your body is dead. You notice that your vision is 360 degrees and you can see in all directions at the same time.

Correct. There is a book written by a doctor who studied 700 cases of near death experience. What made him believe in life after death was the accuracy of those people describing what they saw happening in the rooms around, even describing in details the surgical work done on them while being unconscious. Some of them followed the famous tunnel with the light, reached a place where they saw their already dead family members, but were then sent back, being told that their time hadn't come yet. And, no, they were not happy to come back, because the level of happiness and love they were experiencing up there was unimaginable.

That's what they call reconnecting to the source, I guess, the source being God, the creator, the universe, or whatever name you wish to give to the energy that has created this World.

Apparently when we come down to this dense material World we get disconnected from the source and we have our memory erased, in this way we can fully practice the freedom of choice and learn from the lessons we go through in our lives. We are fragments of God which means we are Gods. That is why we are given free choice and by exercising it we create our own reality. If we can create our own reality, this means we are creators. If we are creators, this proves we are not created by God, we are fragments of God. Imagine God is the Sun, we are the separate rays coming out of the Sun. The problem is that not many people know this. We have been conditioned for thousands of years by the religions that we are insignificant, weak, and stupid, and if we are not obedient, our Creator will punish us. Look, there is no such thing as punishment. We do get lessons, and some of them are tougher than others. And all of them are chosen by us. Some we chose before we came here. Some are logical results of previous choices we have made earlier in our lives or previous lives.

I guess you are touching on the subject of Karma.

Not yet, let me finish the general story. Oh, and just for the record, I have no idea if any of this is true, but to me it makes sense. So in the time we are in our natural energy state we prepare our next life mission, based on the experiences of our past lives. Depending on how well we passed our tests, we plan a lot of the things that are going to happen in our next life here on Earth. Like actors in a play we choose our roles, our parents, our life and business partners, our friends, our children and our enemies. And when the play is finished just like actors backstage we celebrate and congratulate each other for the great performance we gave.

This is why we shouldn't take life too seriously, in a way it's just a game.

You know how we like to complain how unfair life is? Well, we chose it for ourselves. If those were the experiences that our souls needed, no use of complaining. Just shut up and try to do it right, and even if the situation you are in is not very pleasant, understand that it's just something you have to go through, so carry yourself with dignity and integrity and sooner or later it will be over. It's just another lesson.

Yes, it is so easy to say that, but isn't it nice to blame somebody else for our misfortunes. It is so comforting to know that I was right all along, but, you see, those assholes fucked up and now I am the victim. Oh, life is so unfair, I didn't deserve that, why does this always happen to me?

We love drama, I agree, but it's just not very helpful or constructive.

Okay, I got it, so what is this other world up there, can you describe it?

It can be explained by the theory of dimensions. Our world right now is in the third dimension. You know that the human eye can respond to wavelengths from about 390 to 700 nm, or in terms of frequency this corresponds to 430 to 790 Thz. This is a relatively small range, but that determines our dimension. Can you imagine the enormous World out there which vibrates in frequencies that we cannot see, endless other frequency ranges or dimensions. Imagine a person who can see just the colour red, this means he can see only red objects. Since his eyes and his scientific equipment cannot detect any other colour, he logically assumes that objects in other colours just don't exist. Sadly that is how our science works, everything out of our range, or out of the range of our scientific measuring devices, simply doesn't exist. Anyway, as a human being dies, the soul separates from the body, switches to a higher vibration and enters a higher dimension. This is supposedly our normal state of being, it is not material at all, you can not taste or touch anything, but you can see and feel and hear. Isn't it funny that right now we have no idea what this world looks like? They say it is really colourful.

I am wondering why is it so important to erase our memory?

The lessons we learn here on Earth are priceless for the evolution of the soul. We live in a dense material world and physical body, and we are forced to do a lot of things to survive, and this requires making choices all the time. The most important choice is on what frequency you want to exist. You know how they say that there are two main frequencies, the high frequency of Love and the low frequency of Fear. Sometimes just one look at a person can tell you on what frequency he operates, is he a positive or negative person? From Fear derive all the negative emotions like worry, greed, anger, jealousy, dishonesty, aggression, cruelty and the wish to control and manipulate other people. From Love we get happiness, respect, integrity, compassion, love for freedom and so on. If we constantly worry about money, jobs, career and possessions, we live in the fear frequency, also called survival mode. I am telling you, this cannot be good, it means we have chosen the low vibration. The goal is to live in the love zone. Don't get me wrong, I am not suggesting we have to sit and sing Kumbaya all day long. It means that first we have to learn how to love, respect and take good care of ourselves, and accept who we are. From there we can love and respect other souls, and nature, including all animals and plants.

Why do we have to give priority to ourselves, isn't that selfish?

It looks selfish, but actually it's not. Since our mission in this life is to experience and learn, the better care we take of ourselves, the healthier we are, the longer we live, the more wisdom, knowledge and experience we accumulate. That is why it is written in the Bible Your body is your temple". And the healthier you are, the more energy and wealth you can create, the more you can give, help and share and the more you can work for the common good. Imagine you are too generous, pretty soon you are gonna run out of resources. Not only won't you have nothing to give to others, you won't even have enough to take care of yourself. Can you really help others if you are poor and sick? Just like in airplanes, first you put on your own oxygen mask, then help children and others.
