Introduction
The basic skills are considered to be technical aspects in all sports activities which without there is no distinctive character of the type of sports activity practiced, which is one of the fundamental aspects in the implementation of the schematic side, and football is characterized by many basic skills and diversity. The level of performance in football has increased in line with the development of methods of play and diversity of plans Defensive and offensive, which requires the distinction of a football player with the ability to perform high precision. The basic skills in football is the first reason for the distinction of football with all the popularity in most parts of the world and it is the essence of achievement in the game S without the player's performance of those skills mastered, it will be unable to proper implementation of the tactical and so we'll mention of these basic skills
In this book I will concentrate all drills into four skills :
Dribbling with the ball
Running with the ball is the art of using the parts of the foot in the ball rolling on the ground and is under the control of the player , so the player must master this skill as well as can run the ball when the player has no chance to pass or when the player wants to progress in a free arena or to keep the ball with the team In spite of the fact that modern football is designed to speed performance and prefer to pass fast and direct from running the ball for distances, but the use of running the ball is still indispensable in many positions of football matches.
Receiving the ball
The skill of the player to master the ball during play is a key factor in his success and implementation of defensive and offensive play plans. A player who is able to put the ball under his possession or control in
the shortest possible time after receiving it directly is more effective and positive than the player who makes a great effort and takes a long time . In the modern football character is the speed in performance (receipt and delivery) and this comes with the receipt of the ball and the speed of disposal, so control of the ball of basic skills are indispensable no matter how fast performance in different positions of the game.
Passing the ball
Its one of the most important skills of the player as they are the most common skills and use in addition to the impact on the course of the game, the player who does not use this skill is not able to be a football player. Some studies and research showed that the players of the team in terms of performance up The ratio of the ball to the foot during the game is 35-60% of the percentage of other skills played by the player.
shooting
The memory of the round-winger is filled with many names that had the talent and the ability to pay and record, and one may not forget the famous Brazilian star Roberto Carlos, the famous shots, and other stars who have the ability to shake the nets of competitors from long distances.
It may not be limited to talent to be a player with a strong shot instinct only, but it can be developed and developed also, especially as the shot skill in football, like other skills in the game.
The first is to follow the players who have the skill and how to position the body during the shot in order to gain the optimal position that fit the different positions within the green rectangle so that the shot comes with the force required due to the distance from the goal.
But force is not only the basic criterion for developing long-distance skill but also accuracy. Let us remember English star David Beckham, who always had a good shot on the goal as well as the French legend Zinedine Zidane, and Cristiano Ronaldo can be among those who combine the skill of the shot Strongly and accurately from a distance.
Apart from the power of the shot from a distance, accuracy is also required, so any rising player must realize the importance of balancing the workers to get out the shot and not just an attempt on the goal.
Some young players always tend to pay in a difficult situation, which makes the shot come out badly in terms of execution and sealing, but the player must realize in the development of his skill that the best and most appropriate position in the long-distance is that the vision is clear in the direction of the goal, Be distracted by the players around him so as not to miss the ball into the goal.
Another important thing in developing the skill of the ball is to control the ball. This is related to the ball bearings more than the fixed, since the payment from the position of the movement of either the player or the ball, such as to meet the ball cross with a long-range ball must be ready to receive the ball and the optimal payment and not lose control On the ball and get out the
