About this ebook
Thought provoking ideas about the Earth, the Oneness of All Being; of all Consciousness.
Bridget Hall
Bridget's interests lie in the fields of the development of consciousness, raising individual resonance so as to experience greater peace and happiness and, consequently, stimulating the body to heal itself. Therefore, her interests cover a broad range of subjects, from the inspirational to the spiritual, and the application of quantum physics technology in for the specific purpose of healing the body. Although seemingly diverse, these subjects are intertwined, because the healthier body operates at a higher frequency; higher frequency states promote health; and this raised resonance state enables the development of greater awareness - which is the expansion of consiousness. Some of her books are written while in a deeply meditative state, with a particular being in mind. Others are written with a specific intent and direction.

Buddha Speaks - Bridget Hall
FOREWORD
THIS TIME ON EARTH is a critical period in the history of our planet. Not only are countries at war with each other, but religious fervor often proves to be the tipping point for justification of aggressive behavior. This cannot continue.
It comes to mind that the sadness of the earth, as she views all of us upon her, must be profound. How is it that we have arrived at this disastrous state on our beloved planet? Surely we have sufficient insight, as individuals as well as groups, to know that our continued warring and polluting of the waters and land amounts to nothing but the achievement of more pain and suffering?
And so, while puzzling about these issues, and what to do, I sat down to write. What emerged on my laptop are the following words, as if spoken by the Buddha himself.
The words evoke emotion in me, and I hope they will do the same for you, the reader. It is my wish that we all learn to act with a common goal, as one human race with our animal and plant cousins and friends teeming around us. We have one earth and I sincerely hope that there will be enough of it left to support my grandchildren and my great grandchildren.
I HOPE THAT THE NUCLEAR disaster of Fukushima leaking irradiated water into the ocean will be stopped and that a solution will be found for whatever damage has already occured. I hope that the sea will not be a massive body of dead water.
I HOPE THAT THE WAR-talk of nations who are intent on bullying other nations into submission will stop. I hope that the bully-boys of politics will be replaced by true leaders who put the interests of the entire earth before their own political or financial agendas.
I HOPE THAT WE FIND ways to get rid of the large-scale pollutants of our skies, land and water. I hope this means we can use solar and wind energy, get rid of plastics, grow abundant food, and have sufficient clean water for all.
IF THESE FEW THINGS could become our working day-to-day reality, then earth can survive and so too can the human race, our animals and our plants.
WITH THAT IN MIND, I trust you will enjoy this book.
WITH LOVE
Bridget.

CHAPTER ONE - Consciousness
CONSCIOUSNESS AND EXISTENCE
It is with peace and absolute harmony that these writings begin. It is in this harmonic state of being that the sense of Consciousness comes together as an art form.
